Cpl Ray's Coffee - Odessa

Amazing frozen coffee drinks! My husband and I have tried almost every option and love them all (although my absolute favorite is the Frozen Ray Rays Mocha)! I’ve never gone inside as I’m always on the run. The drive through service has been amazing. The gentleman and ladies who work it are always happy to answer any questions I may have. They also have an amazing banana nut muffin! I keep trying to get a photo of one to post with my review but I always scarf it down too fast so please enjoy the included photo of just the wrapper. It would be much closer for me to run to either of the Starbucks in Odessa but the wait is not worth it for the drinks there! We would much rather drive to CPL Rays any day to get a taste of the deliciousness they offer!

Everything here has been good. Quick, friendly, attentive service, and the coffee is always really good. Highly recommend.

Service could of been better. I don’t think some of the employees are good under pressure. My order was wrong but didn’t even get a receipt back to prove it so I let it go. I ask for straws because she thought she gave them too me. She said sarcastically “I didn’t give you straws??”.. no ma’am why do you think I’m asking you…beyond that coffee is great! On Starbucks level good!

Maybe it was just an off day for them but my order today was not good.
The cinnamon roll was way past being edible and the coffee just tasted blah.
I like the concept of this place so I will try again.
Be better!

Best chai tea latte I've had in a while even compared to Starbucks, but I ordered some pancake sausage sandwhich thing but it was not at all what I expected. I thought it was just my taste buds but my husband tasted it as well and said it didn't taste right. The pancake was even stuck to the wrapping paper, It was like if it was out of date or something just weird. I'll give it another shot and update my review when I can.

9/6/22: I ordered the Ray Ray's mocha frozen drink which was sweet & delicious.

The staff was friendly and I recommend trying out Cpl Ray's Cofee.

I ordered a dark roast coffee then watched 6 people that came on after me get their coffee. I was forced to ask 3 times to get my coffee. Coffee tastes like water.

Coffee is great. The staff however wasn't very friendly. When I'm friendlier to the staff than they are with me, that's usually a pretty good sign not to go back. Perhaps I got them at the wrong time, but there was no one there, so they weren't overwhelmed, and the vibe just didn't feel welcoming.

Really good coffee and selections, If you're new to the coffee scene or don't know what to order the person attending you is very knowledgeable and helpful when recommending drinks to you. And they're as good if not better than starbucks.

Cafe mocha the last two times has had zero coffee in it. Like drinking chocolate milk. The location in andrews is better and the downtown midland location has the best batista. Around 3pm
