Very disappointed. There were four of us and not one of the meals were good. The fish was covered with so much salt you couldn't eat it, the veal was terrible. Tasted like goat. The pasta meal was cold. Will not recommend this place. We drove a long way to eat there. Don't wast your money. The only good thing was our waitress.

Had an awesome breakfast at this place.

Sub-par food, and very inexperienced staff. In need of training and guidance on the appropriate level of attentiveness- serious conversations at the table we’re constantly interrupted in an unprofessional manner.

A absolutely wonderful experience from the minute I walked into the door. The host was professional and Brad was a five star server with his help navigating the menu. The salad, and homemade rigatoni was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend it highly. I will be back tomorrow for Linguini in a white sauce and looking forward to.

Chose IL Modo for our Thanksgiving Dinner. It was one of the best meals we've ever had. Our server Han was perfect, attentive, helpful and friendly. She made great suggestions for drinks. The food was magnificent. Every bite was amazing. There was enough in the 3 course meal that we were happily full without being over full. The seating was comfortable, and ambience was quiet and intimate. We will absolutely be coming back- we want to try more of that fresh made pasta!!

Stayed at Kimpton Hotel 4 consecutive days for a series of business meetings. Time was extremely limited and the weather was so bad that week I had no interest in walking anywhere for food.
Thankfully Il Modo was available. The ability to place a breakfast order from my room and pick it up along with their complimentary coffee on my way to my morning meeting was perfect. The avocado toast was superb. It comes with greens on top, a nice touch. Their breakfast potatoes are excellent. Smashed baby potatoes perfectly seasoned instead of plain old hash browns.
Dining alone at the bar each evening, I was able to try a few different drinks and dishes. Brad, the bartender was a great help in making choices.
Yes, it's a bit pricey. Most big city downtown hotel restaurants are.

WTH! THIS IS OUR SPECIAL VALENTINE DATE AND CHOSE YOUR RESTAURANT. THEN CALLED ME AT 8:45 PM TO CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS I MADE WEEKS AGO TO TELL ME SOME BIG ENTERPRISE BOUGHT MY SPOT AND NEVER OFFERED ME A CONSOLACION SPOT TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR INCONSIDERATION! I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS, NEIGHBORS, & LOTS OF PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO YOUR @#$&?/> RESTAURANT!!!

Shout out for an amazing hotel breakfast at Ii Modo. Homemade English muffin stuffed with eggs, smoked bacon, and cheese was super tasty and came with a generous serving of fruit (or potatoes) on the side. Perfect cappuccino, too! Great way to start our day in Ft. Worth.

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday, drinks were great and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. The food was subpar, lacking seasoning and tasted bland. I got the linguini and the sauce on the menu said white wine and garlic… when it came out I think quite literally the sauce was white wine and garlic only. It was very underwhelming for spending $185. I would come here again for drinks only.

Called to reserve for group of 8, showed up and was seated immediately. Then the server informs us that the policy was to not split checks for parties of 8. Being near the convention center you would think this should relooked. Server asked the manager if they could make an exception and was told no so my party of 8 left to another restaurant that wants our business. The restaurant had 2 tables full and the rest was empty on a Saturday lunch time. Probably for a reason. Menu was limited and seemed overpriced. Can’t comment on quality of food since we never made it that far. Definitely will not suggest this place to anyone.
