I moved to Boerne earlier in 2019. I saw this place as I would drive home from work. My girlfriend and I decided to stop in an check it out. Man was it good! It is like Sonic but for teas and smoothies.

It's excellent and you have to check it out. Also, I am a huge fan of local small businesses!

I was so excited when I found out this place had opened in Boerne. So far, I've been there twice and have been so happy with what I ordered and the service. The staff is so incredibly friendly, we've had conversations with them both visits, and I love my lychee tea with tapioca boba. The hubby and kiddos like their smoothies with boba. And I had the rainbow bagle. I know it's just psychological, but the bright colors make it taste so good. Now if I could just convince them to make bagle sandwiches... Seriously, do yourself a favor and try it out.

This. Place. Is. Great. Can’t wait until I can go in and sit down to enjoy my tea & a sweet treat. They have adapted well to social distancing and carry out and it was a breeze ordering and paying. They brought my order out as soon as I pulled up! I had the ahi tuna poke bowl and mango iced tea with strawberry jellies and passion fruit bobas. Yummy, fresh, light dinner with a sweet drink to help curb my sweet tooth! 😂 can’t wait to come back for more.

My new favorite bubble tea spot! I've had the taro, bubble gum, taro/bubble gum mix, banana, and the passion fruit tea and they were all delicious! I honestly can't choose a favorite. There are lots to choose from and you can even get a coffee with whatever picture you'd like. #CoffeMugshot

The tapioca is also made perfectly which is a must. It has a great texture and flavor. The customer service is great here as well and I love all the fun decor. If you are in Boerne you have to stop here. You won't regret it!

If I could I would give 10 stars! Service was awesome from chase, overall great vibes. Drink was AMAZING.

I have to say I was blown away with the service that this Tea Factory provided! Free samples, a GENUINE love for the customer, wonderful/relaxing environment, and a free drink for my first time visit (due to an ordering mistake on my part too!). Great place to take the family, as there's an extensive selection of drinks! Smoothies, Coffees, Boba Teas, Desserts, Food items, and More! Plus, they'll customize anything you want!!! They can also put Bobas in any drink!!!!! I got an Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk and Bobas and it was to die for! My kids got cookie dough dessert, Frappe s, and Strawberry Smoothies with Rainbow Bobas, all suggestions from them!!! We loved everything!!!! Thank you Bubble Tea Factory for servicing Boerne!!!

Such an amazing experience. The tapioca was just right and the chocolate milk 2.0 is amazing. The owners are also very sweet and friendly. Definitely the best bubble tea place I've been to.
