The Bubble Tea Factory

So my co worker got me hooked on place. The drinks are so tasty and they have many options to choose from. The staff is always nice and friendly. Plus they aim to make your drink right and if it's not, they fix it for you. It's definitely a go to drink stop for us.

First time here but the drinks were delicious 🤤 I had the hot coffee latte with hazelnut yum and my daughter had the boba raspberry tea very tasty 😊😊 We will definitely be back!

I went in to grab a quick piña colada smoothie with boba and they told me their Wi-Fi was down so they could only accept cash at the moment. I had a gift card and he tried to see if he could use it, but couldn’t without their internet working. I told them I would come back another time and proceeded to leave. Before I could Leave the parking lot, a staff member (I’m assuming the manager) came out and asked me what I was trying to order. I told him and he told me to sit tight. He quickly came back out with my order and gave it to me on the house for the inconvenience. They just gained a customer for life and someone who will always recommend them to others due to the customer service given to me. That is becoming more rare in this day and age. Thank you to The Bubble Tea Factory for your commitment to customer service even when you are experiencing issues with your POS system.

It's expensive, but pretty much the same price as others like it. The important thing is the kids really enjoy it!

Such a neat place ya'll! They have unique refreshing flavors and such a fun relaxing environment 😌 it's a bit off the beaten path in this small town, but if you're in the area CHECK IT❣

So cute ... love the Royal Tea with coffee flavored jellies. Right next to the DPS in Boerne. I highly recommend this place!

The Bubble Tea is unique drinking experience. The owner is very friendly and patient and will explain all of the options and flavors too you. The service was fantastic. I tried the Lemon Tea with Strawberry Boba's and it was great. The tea had just the right amount of lemon flavor and the strawberry bobas added a splash of flavor as you drink. My wife had the coconut with tapioca bobas which was more traditional. It was also very good and creamy. The tapioca boba are a little more firm than the juice filled strawberry giving you a slightly different experience. I went back the next day to try the Banana Tea with Strawberry bobas and was not disappointed. The banana tea is a creamy tea (like the coconut) and was excellent with the strawberry boba. There are unlimited combinations that you can try and am looking forward to my next visit.

Best customer experience around. Great little hidden gem. The interior is so pretty. We will be back.

This was our second time visiting the Bubble Tea Factory. The first time we came in, there was a young man working the store on his own. He did such a great job taking orders and preparing tea and food! I was very impressed with how he was able to juggle everything so smoothly and calmly! This time, we have been equally impressed with the customer service and friendly vibe of the Bubble Tea Factory. We will be back often!
