The Bubble Tea Factory

I stopped in today to give bubble tea factory a try.
Good service and the menu had a good selection. I ordered a blueberry smoothie with boba. It was just ok. Compared to other bubble tea chains the flavor was lacking. I will try another flavor maybe this flavor isn’t as good.

Rude male staff. They did not give me the receipt, and when I asked for it, he had that kind of attitude. Not plan to go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! This is a 20 star review!! Today I went in for my first boba EVER and I was beyond what I would have expected! I Walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee named Bella. She had fantastic costumer service and walked me through getting my drink step by step, and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted! You will see me again!

Loved my banana boba and Bella is amazing. She is such a hard worker and was patient as I asked a bunch of questions and finally decided after 4 minutes.

Bella was awesome with helping us choose the rainbow. So happy to have Boba tea here in Boerne. Yeah!! Great job.

Ryanne was such a sweetheart! She gave the best customer service and helped us find our perfect drink mix! She deserves a raise!!

Loved it so much!! Stopped by with my boyfriend and he got himself a card to get punched cause he liked it that much! Was a super fun experience, and great for cute easy date ideas! Staff was really helpful and polite and recommended the Lavender milk tea w/ boba (tapioca pearls) and was absolutely delicious. Cannot wait to go again!

Honestly, not overly impressed with this location's offerings. Service was friendly, and the place was clean, but the products themselves were overpriced for what you got and the taste was not up to the level of competition.

The young man that was working (I didn't catch his name!) wad with a difficult situation with a customer when i came in to order. They were not very pleased with him over something not his fault and he was stressed but he handled it well. Kudos to him! Be kind to retail workers!!! Without them you wouldn't even have the privilege of getting bubble tea!

My friend and I came in and had no idea what to even order. We’ve never had boba! The young man behind the counter was so helpful, offered us a sample, and recommended the most popular drinks people like! We went with his suggestion and oh my it was delicious! We also were newbies and felt dumb that we didn’t know how to get the straw in the drink (obviously weren’t using enough force), I embarrassingly went to the girls behind the counter making drinks and they were so sweet and showed us which end of the straw to puncture the top with and how to do it. There was no judgment or laughing (even though we did laugh at ourselves afterwards). Overall wonderful experience! I want one every day now!!
