The Bubble Tea Factory

First time here and was so disappointed. My family and I LOVE boba and were so excited to try this place. Maybe my hopes were too high based on the reviews or maybe they were having a rough day, but we will definitely not be back. Customer service was SEVERELY lacking and I instantly felt as if we were not welcome. Ordered some teas and a smoothie. My child seemed to really enjoy her rose milk tea with rainbow jellies. The other drinks were not good and lacked flavor. So sad, because their decor is adorable and the space is comfy. Guess we are sticking with Kokee Tea at La Cantera.

Absolutely wonderful place! I have the Peach Tea and a pumpkin bagel. The owners are inviting and so laid back . I would recommend any of their drinks bagels. Went today and I am planning on going again tomorrow. Definitely take time out of your schedule to swing by and try a drink.

nicest workers EVER!! i was walking to my car and dropped my drink(it went EVERYWHERE), i went inside to ask for paper towels and told them what happened, and they made me another drink. i swear smiles are stamped on their faces they were amazing! i don’t remember their names, but they were angels.

Ignore the person who gave this place a 1 star Review, the consistency was amazing, and the owner let my daughters try each type of boba and jellie that that have! The choices of flavors were abundant and very flavorful. Perhaps Mr. One Star was describing his own personality rather than this jewel of a place!
The owner was extremely kind and patient and his recommendations were on spot. I have lived in San Francisco as well as Hawaii and I have to say this is the best bubble tea I have ever had! We will be coming back very often!

Had a wonderful time today thanks to Chase. His customer service skills were excelent. He really helped me settle a delemia of choice and made the experience memorable. Thank you so much and we will be back.

Finally stopped in here and I gotta say ...top notch. I ordered kind of a custom thing on a whim and they knocked it out of the park.
Great atmosphere,menu diversity and quality is fantastic. The owners are super nice and we're able to make exactly what I wanted even though it was a weird request.
My new Boba place for sure. I'm actually excited to come back!

Great addition to Boerne! We tried a little of everything (slush, bubble tea, cold brew, and latte) and it was all terrific. My son has never had boba and the first one that passed through the straw lit his face up with curiosity and excitement. Both owners were there greeting customers and the customer service was fantastic. We will definitely be going back for seconds!

Staff was very personable and knew a lot about their products! Even offered me some samples since I hadn’t been there before. I got the lavender milk tea and was in LOVE!!! I just have to try not to go back EVERYDAY!! 10/10 recommend!!

Sooooo good. Drove 40 minutes to get here from a recommendation and was totally worth it. Amazing Chocolate chip cookie dough. The pretzel bagel was good and the recommended lemon dill spread paired very well with it. We got the rose milk tea and the lavender milk tea with boba. ❤❤❤ perfect sweetness and the flavor was strong. I'm coming again. Thank you.

Love this place! I'm so glad that it's in Boerne. My new place to go. Great tea and great customer service. Everyone is so nice, and the place is so clean. My co-workers even love it so I always go during my lunch to take back some drinks for them. I also like to try different items from the menu every time that I visit. Always great recommendations! Again thanks to all the customer service representatives there.
