Shipley Do-Nuts

Very friendly service, the young lady was very sweet and pleasant. Donuts were fresh and fluffy, coffee was hot, milk was very cold. Plenty of napkins and condiments. Very clean establishment.

Great service and delicious donuts!

We ordered donuts for my daughter's birthday party, they told us to pick up after 1pm, Google and THEIR OWN WEB PAGE says they close at 5pm, so we show up at 2:08 and the girl at the drive through says they close at 2pm and there is nothing she can do. We tell her Google says they close at 5, with a very snooty attitude, she says the door says 2pm. Nothing she can do. We ask her what the managers name is and she says she already texted them. Whats their name not did u text them? Horrible service! Will be leaving negative review everywheI can! We come here almost daily to buy snacks before dropping kids off at school. Never again. Stay away!

Ok, love love love this place! Amazing doughnuts never had the kolaches but my brother said the are amazing too. One thing and I don’t know if it was like a one time special or something but I had this one doughnut and it had blueberry icing and sprinkles. It was the best thing ever so we went back about a week or two later and they said they didn’t sell them. I’m not sure if they just weren’t made and we haven’t tried since but I don’t really mind. I love glazed just as much! All in all would definitely recommend.

Their customer service has been top notch! They are willing to warm up anything that I request to be warmed, they also are willing to make donuts that are not up, for example I ordered a white iced cake donut with coconut- they didn’t have it, but they were happy to make me one, and their food is made fresh everyday! :D

Was there this morning - super fast service and the donuts were exactly what you’d expect... hot, fresh, and delicious. Man at the window (Mike) was as friendly as can be; perfect start to a morning. Our new go-to for donuts in Boerne!

Location is great and service is good which is why I gave two stars.... The donuts were rock hard and unrecognizable as the same Shipley’s donuts I’ve had since I was a kid. I see a lot of 5 star reviews with comments about them being great, but my experience is not the same.

Beats the heck out of Dunkin, fresh made, not shipped across the country. Kolaches were big, I prefer the cheese inside the dog instead of just with it, donuts were fresh and good.
