Love Dutch but the speed and customer service here is lacking. Walked up to the window and waited over 15 minutes for one drink. Knocked on the window and employees looked at my and another lady waiting and ignored us. Finally the third time employee came over called Omar. Asked for the GMs card and never gave it to me. He was rude and said they can’t my drink until everyone in the drive through is taking care of. I told him the entire drive through had cycled and still no drink. I lady in a black expedition pulled up after me waiting for 5 minutes and she was exiting with her order already. If you forgot to make my order just be honest and don’t make some story up.

Got in line at 10:00 waited an hour, finally was like the third car from the window just for them to tell us they couldn’t serve us because they needed to be out by 11:30. Honestly not mad I didn’t get my drink just mad they waited that long to tell us :(

Blows my mind how a successful business like this has such a long wait time, there has to be a way to expedite getting your drink, there has been multiple times that I had to leave the drive thru lane because the cars were barely moving. Nevertheless, I still can't stop thinking of how good those drinks are 😵💫.

I ordered a peppermint latte with whole milk and they don't have whole milk first coffee shop I have ever been at that doesn't have milk they had half-and-half so I did that but that is not the same other than that they seem to be a decent coffee shop.

We were looking for a high rated place open at 5am and glad we found Dutch Bros Coffee! Got here at 5:45 and were greeted with a smile and good energy. The menu was explained to us.. anything can be made hot, cold, or blended. We ordered a 20 oz Oat Milk Cocomo amd Golden Eagle, and they are BOMB!! Soft, smooth,, and tastey coffee. Would definitely come here again and recommend trying it out! :)
