Look, it’s simple. If you’re in Nashville, you HAVE to go to the Frothy Monkey! Service is OUTSTANDING (Gabby was great!) food is beyond delicious (with incredible portion sizes, too!) and their locally crafted coffee drinks are phenomenal.

First time customers, you can immediately tell this place is part of the heartbeat of this wonderful town! Coffees, cookies, and muffins were fabulous! We sat outside on the wraparound porch and enjoyed watching families, people with dogs, seniors, and groups of young people come and go. Very friendly staff. We're planning a girls weekend to Franklin, looking forward to visiting the Frothy Monkey again!

Tasty sandwiches! Coffee was great! The triple group head La Marzocco is so fancy! My cortado was served in a double paper cup. Was hoping this location would have single origin espresso options, but unfortunately it was a blended mix. Still taste good. If you need ramp you have to go around to side/back. Not obvious that there is a ramp from the front. Chips were a bit stale.

what an enjoyable place with such a great vibe and even better food! they have a lovely andouille sausage and hash breakfast dish that i fell in love with (pictured). super salty collards, savory runny yolks, sweet caramelized onions, earthy purple potatoes with sausage itself which had some spice that really brought all the flavors together. i usually wouldn’t go into so much detail but this was a wonderful dish, one that i will remember and probably can only hope to recreate at home. my mother got the pom tonic (also pictured) which was absolutely incredible, and unexpected, with the pomegranate flavor complementing the bold espresso. plus, it doesn’t any milk, which is great for my dairy free mom! love the location and upstairs area which we ate in. comforting charm is only added to by the music they had on, had my favorite songs from bands like peach pit and the backseat lovers haha!

only a couple of notes: wanted a little more flavor than i got in my latte, but the coffee was so smooth and really enjoyable. also had quite slow service, this is definitely a place to hang out and take your time. however, everyone is super nice and willing to help!

finally, i really appreciate the amount of gluten free options they have, the gf bread was great in both my mom and sister’s sandwiches! just ask for some extra basil mayo:)

I’m struggling because I want to give a 4.5 only because the service could have been faster/more attentive. The coffee was full of flavor and that Tiramisu was heavenly (light and fluffy, had great balanced taste without being overdone).

The books were a nice touch and I ended up ordering one from Amazon that I perused while there. I mean, there was a decorated clipboard with the check. Will absolutely give it more chances to get that 5 and will update on next visit.

Excellent service and wonderful food and coffee for the whole family. Brought a large group Saturday morning and they got us seated quickly despite being pretty busy and took great care of us!

HIGHLY recommend for EVENTS!! Frothy Monkey is such an amazing place! Brunch is amazing, as well as lunch and dinner! The service is always amazing and we love it so much we had our rehearsal dinner in the private event room. They may sure we had everything we needed, let us come early to set up some of the space, and we had a dedicated server that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you to the Frothy Monkey team that made our event super special!

I wasn't as impressed with the food as I thought I'd be. I've been to the 12 South location a couple times and enjoyed it. This one in Franklin was just okay. I liked the service, the location, and the restaurant space. The food, for both my friend and I, was just not that good.

We come here for breakfast often on the weekend. It is always a joy. Service is always quick and efficient. The menu is not entirely set in stone. You can sub items out for others (e.g., salad instead of toast). There is seating upstairs and downstairs. Good luck finding free or close paid parking if you come at a peak time. They do not take reservations unless it is for a special occasion (e.g., Valentine's Dinner Course). Highly recommend the teas, omelets, and salad. The biscuits & gravy is quite hefty and rich. Bathrooms are private, clean, and spacious.

We did not have a good experience here. We wanted to try something new and it did not pay off. We came here for breakfast on Fathers' Day. My oldest daughter ordered the French toast with berries but the berries had an off putting savory taste and the French toast was soggy. I order biscuits with gravy but it was cold when it came out and reeked of vinegar. We also order a scone that was chewy. Was very disappointed. We ended up walking from here to our one of our regular spots.
