Don’t waste your lunch hour going here. I went though the drive through, waited 10 minutes because their system was down. I ordered the nova lox and asked if I could get it as the lunch with chips. They said yes, then proceeded to tell me banana or capers was my only side option since it was a breakfast item. Then when I actually got the food there was barely any salmon on it at all. Very disappointed and will not return.

I received rotten eggs on my sandwich. I see that someone noticed similar black spots on their sandwich and expressed concerns about it. The black spots felt a bit slimy when I touched them; they’re definitely NOT pepper. The yolk was also really discolored, and had a dark black tint to it. I was pretty far away by the time I noticed, and didn’t think it’d be worth the trip back due to the rudeness I encountered there while ordering in the first place. I know COVID has been rough for this sector, but there’s no excuse for serving food that is visually rotten.

This absolutely pains my heart to have to write this.
I moved to Franklin Tennessee in 2016 and Einstein Bagels was a staple of my morning routine before work for the past 7 years. This morning I drove in and ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and I was charged $4.48.
That's absolute Insanity!!!!
This is nothing to do with the people at work there, and the manager herself, they have been absolutely wonderful and they are super sweet but I will not play a part in corporate greed, and with that I will not be able to visit the establishment again.
I wish the best for the staff

This place never fails to deliver on exceptional food and service.

Staff is always friendly, never rude even through drive thru.
They aren't hurrying you up like other places with the "do you want anything else"....Their bagels alone or sandwich bagels are delicious. Definitely recommend.

Love this place. Missed it since leaving the Midwest. Happy knowing there are 2 locations in Franklin. Now if we could only get a few more in Nashville and the. Hermitage Mount Juliet area. Great place to hop in for your morning coffee break or a quick, good breakfast. The quality of their food is excellent. Great to have indoor seating, outdoor seating and a drive thru. Try the smears

my partner and i have been coming here semi-regularly, and while we always love the food and the service, multiple times have we shown up whilst it was “open” and have sat in the drive thru for long periods of time until we decide to pull up and see that it is closed early. no signage posted or reason stated, a couple of those times there were still individuals inside and refused to acknowledge us or even just let us know that they closed early. as a customer, we deserve to at least not be ignored. it’s hard to be a regular when you never know if they’ll be open when it says so.

This is extra smear on my very, very skimpy Farmhouse. Y’all really need to take note from Einstein Bagels in Menomonie, WI!! 0/10 for this bagel.

Every time there is so little cream cheese you can’t even see it much less taste. If I wanted a dry bagel I would have ordered it without cream cheese! You can ask for extra cream cheese which is equivalent to what should be just a bagel & cream cheese but then they wouldn’t get to charge you almost $2 more for the “Extra” cream cheese!

Historically, I love Einsteins, and when I have eaten here, it’s been just as good as always, but this location has super confusing hours. Was just in the drive thru during “open” hours and there were employees inside, but was ignored. Could have just let me know you were closing early.
