Really nice coffee shop with a small selection of baked goods to accompany coffee and tea. Staff are very friendly. Service is quick. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The chai tea latte extra hot with coconut almond milk is so delicious. My husband recommends the scones and mocha.

Delicious coffee and specialty drinks… the Roosevelt is a latte with their homemade cinnamon syrup and BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE, your mouth will projectile THANK YOU with every sip! Get it with oat milk for an even better treat… it’s like a warm cinnamon bun without the gross feeling after. One of the top lattes I’ve tried on this side of the 50 nifty United States. I was too busy enjoying it to take a picture of it.
On top of which, I love the atmosphere, the large working spaces and the in-house roasting! Treat yo self!

Fun exploring Liberty Hall and enjoying the Factory at Franklin on this freezing Feb. 1. Enjoyed an extra hot, cappuccino. Good music and comforting smell of delicious coffee. Service was prompt and the staff are sweet.

Been here a few times and it’s pretty good. The latte and cappuccino are 4/5 stars but the iced americano is probably a 2/5 because it’s pretty sour and there are no prominent tasting notes. Probably the best coffee in Franklin

Our experience with Honest Coffee roasters is always great! The cuban and chai tea latte are the best.

The Coffee is so good. It's such a fun place to sit and relax and smells amazing inside.

Remains one of my favorites. Known not only for their presidential nods but for their richer flavors, some used to burnt beans (aka Starbucks) are rarely ready for just how good coffee can be. Roasted in store. Their space was renovated to have more seating options for gathering or working or... just sitting.
Expect a patient wait for your beverage, but try some of their unique creations.
My favorite far and away is the Roosevelt in long term specially drinks, but their experiments can be fun!

We drove there from Nashville because of good reviews but big time disappointed. Guy who took our order (19th Feb, 2023) was dishonest and lied about several things 1) we wanted to dine in but he said they will be closing in half an hour. Forcing us to take away and after an hour after seeing the other outlets in the factory, we found the shop was still opened. 2) I asked him if they can get me a good cold coffee with cream, he said yes. But instead I got a simple iced latte and that was horrible in taste. 3) another coffee we ordered was an extra hot which he again said yes. But that was just an ordinary hot coffee with ordinary taste. Will never be going there again.

Cute location inside The Factory. Great smells drew us in. Chai latte was mediocre. Coconut cake was dry. No creamer available for the coffee. No forks available for the cake. Staff were having trouble keeping up. Felt disappointed.

Solid coffee and outstanding customer service! Inviting Relaxed atmosphere in an old silo warehouse bldg. Cool venue with Tons of character with the huge roasters as the main event. A+ experience!
