Honest Coffee Roasters- The Factory at Franklin

Came in during the Holidays while visiting family about 30 minutes before closing. Was told that I could not get a pour over as they had stopped that for the day. Got an cold coffee which was a little bitter for me. Asked if I could get condensed milk and was told they don’t do that. I understand I would have to pay more but it was not offered. Overall it seemed as if my wife and I were an annoyance for ordering coffee. Disappointing as the venue seemed pretty cool.

Smooth coffee and roasting on site. This location is located inside the Factory at Franklin in a nice sized space with an outdoor patio. The vibe is very chill and staff are extremely friendly with great customer service.

Was visiting the area and had several coffee shops to choose from. This one was close by, so we stopped in. We should have chosen a different one. They had no caramel syrup. The only sweetener they had was Stevia and Sugar in the Raw. And the coffee tasted burnt, like it was from the bottom of a pot that had been left on for hours. Not a good way to start our morning.

Pretty legit coffee. Unfortunately, they didn't have heavy cream and I can't give 5 stars to a coffee shop that only goes as far as half and half. The seating was unreal comfortable. Outside seating is great too. Plus there's a poke/ramen place right next door.

Dope space. Cool vibes. Delicious coffee. Friendly and educated baristas. Make sure to tip them when you are there! ;) a little loud when they are roasting so just don’t have a important meetings there when they roast. But outside that a really great spot. Worth the experience.

I am a local here in Franklin & this is my absolute favorite local coffee shop! I have my own graphic design biz and, for my own sanity, need to get out of my home office every now and again and Honest is so wonderful to have nearby!!

Best coffee in Franklin! Every Saturday morning our day begins with a delicious cup of coffee from Honest Coffee, breakfast from Five Daughter’s, and shopping at The Franklin Farmers Market! Coffee is fresh brewed, hot, and tasty! Located in The Factory at Franklin, the old Jamison Bedding Factory. Plenty of parking and lots of eclectic shops !!

I had been looking forward to coming here for a while. It was a really good experience! I got one of their summer specials and wow! It had marmalade and espresso with some heavy citrus notes. They also have a lavender/blueberry chai which I had a taste of...not to mention the rustic/industrial vibe was amazing. I hope to make it here again! Thanks y'all!

we stop here every time we are in town and up till now its always been a fantastic experience. The staff on 4-28-23 at 10 am were inattentive at best and kinda rude. We will be back but staff could certainly be upgraded.

Coffee was pretty good; decor was nice. The line was long, and when my wife asked for light chocolate on her mocha and asked if whipped cream was available, the server (Taylor N.) was quite snooty.
