Honest Coffee Roasters- The Factory at Franklin

Highly disappointed In the weak, lack luster flavorless coffee. I ordered a lady liberty I believe it was called. It tasted like burnt milk. Idk why it’s so hard to find good coffee with that bold coffee flavor. Wonderful presentation and kind barista but the drink was just terrible and wasteful. Honestly when all you want is a good cup o jo, it really puts you in a bad mood to only be able to taste weak burnt milk. Just sad and obnoxious. I guess if you enjoy burnt flavorless milk then the 5 stars makes perfect sense otherwise I’m just very confused. Why call yourself a coffee roasters or a barista if you actually know nothing about coffee?? At that point you may as well just open a smoothie shop or somewhere that doesn’t require an education or learning of technique in order to make the proper drink. It’s annoying when reviews no longer reflect the reality. There should be free espresso tastings for every coffee shop before you order; that’s how constant this situation is with coffee in America. Places pride themselves on beans and roasting process but the real buzz comes from the shocking disappointment when you actually taste the coffee. I guess we have to travel to Europe to get the real thing idk what the solution is at this point. Sorry to be a Karen but I’m tired of people messing up the coffee it’s supposed to be a beautiful thing.

This is definitely a place for specialty coffee, coffee that is roasted and defined by its excellent quality and taste. The prices reflect that of a higher end shop but the variety and deliciousness of the coffee justifies it. The staff is beyond hipster status but they are very friendly and kind, definitely not the stuck up barista you sometimes find. The atmosphere is cool although very small, but it’s convenient that the shop crowd can pour into the mall as to not fill the shop to an uncomfortable level. Definitely a “treat yo self” type place but wonderful nonetheless.

One of my favorite little coffee spots in Franklin, TN, 25 minutes South of Nashville! Love the vibe, the coffee machine, the interesting people that meet there & the coffee of course! And while you there, check out the amazing guitar shop called Artisan Guitars right opposite Honest & do yourself a favour & visit the butchery called Carnivore!! A South African selling the best Biltong(beef jerky x100) you’ll ever taste 😋

Pretty good place and cool to see the coffee beans being roasted right there. Friendly staff and my latte was tasty!

Very busy on Saturdays with the Farmer’s Market right outside but it was worth the wait. I got the Roosevelt latte which has their homemade cinnamon syrup and wow! It was really good. I went back the next morning to get another!

Absolutely lovely experience. Friendly and attentive baristas offering a specialty coffee experience.

One of my go to coffee shops. Great coffee, always well made, and the Factory is a great place to sit for a few minutes to take a break or to get some work done away from the office.

One of the best things for me, as an HCR regular, is that if I have a concern or a problem, I'm quickly asked about it and given an explanation. I appreciate that kind of customer service in a place I visit often.

I've enjoyed each time I've visited here. Honest seems to take a lot of care in providing high quality beverages and roasts.
I'll be honest (see what I did there), every time I visit I get the cortado, and it has always been excellent. When I'm there with a friend they always rave about what they are drinking as well.
The baristas are knowledgeable, kind and laid back, the prices seem reasonable (for high-end coffee) and the clientele are all cooler than me and seem on the verge of starting a hip, new lifestyle design internet biz.
If you enjoy well-crafted coffee in an environment that promotes the entrepre-hipster lifestyle you'll love Honest Coffee Roasters...honestly.

Coffee was very smooth and a real treat. I don’t use sugar so I get full flavor. Staff was really nice. Great atmosphere and attached to a great indoor shop area with unique art and boutique stores. Highly recommend.
