Great coffee,service and staff. Inviting atmosphere❗️

Barista and manager unwilling to service my order (23DEC2021 @ 4:30pm).

I have had coffee from here throughout the years and it has always been fantastic. However, the recent trip they were unwilling to provide the pour over I ordered. The reason they gave was that they were too busy and said they already cleaned up the pour over station. I was the only person in line and it was an hour and a half before closing. Hopefully their coffee hasn't become as bad as their service and I trust that upper management will rectify. I look forward to my next visit.

You can watch them roast the coffee in the middle of the shop while you're ordering. Charming atmosphere!

Good coffee but won’t be back due to service. Checked the time stamp to make sure I was correct. Took 20 mins to make 2 iced lattes with only 2 orders in front of us while they talked about what podcasts they listened to and no apology or thanks for your patience. My mind is blown.

Three years ago my fiancé told me he’d marry me in the middle of honest coffee. Now we’re engaged! We went in today to tell them about the shop being sentimental to my fiancé and I and Haley and Josh gave us a free drip coffee! Would highly recommend coming in and getting some coffee. Phenomenal staff, coffee, atmosphere and I heard they will be expanding soon! Thank you HCR!!

Waited 28 minutes for an expresso with only 5 people in front of me and it was the most bitter coffee I have ever had, was not a fan and super disappointed.

I stopped in here while checking out some places inside the factory. It's a really cool coffee shop. I didn't order coffee while in there, I ended up with tea but I loved that they took the time to brew and steep my tea. It was very refreshing. It's hard to find good tea. Also, they brew their own coffee on site. You can watch the whole process with the beans and everything. It's pretty cool. The place is also super spacious. It's a great locale for a coffee date or event meetup.

Moved to Maryland 2 years ago and the thing I miss the most in Middle Tennessee is Honest Coffee, these people are absolutely amazing and some of the nicest people. The coffee is always amazing. I have never had a bad cup and the beans are always varied and wonderful. If you're looking for the best coffee shop in the area, look no further
