Frothy Monkey

An extremely horrible and disappointing experience. Walked in thinking it’ll be an inclusive environment with wholesome experience. However, coffee was stale. We waited 30 minutes at our table and our waiter didn’t replace our coffee upon request, didn’t bring out water when requested and more importantly completely walked past our table 5 times when we tried to get his attention to order food. We asked to pay bill and even for that he didn’t come to the table and we waited another 15 minutes and ended up just going to the counter to pay and leave. Completely makes sense why all the recent reviews have been so negative - rude service! Never going back! Save yourself a trip!

Love your face but NOT happy you got rid of some of the items from the menu. I had to take a break from you guys because of that. It's a good thing you didn't get rid of the Salmon because I would have been DONE with you guys on that. I still love your food 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cashier was not friendly enough to be doing a first impression job.

Awesome house blend coffee served hot all day. Cool vibe in the heart of old downtown Franklin with great service and varieties of coffee. Skip the chains and immerse yourself for this delight.

Tourist trap, the food is okay but I wouldn't recommend to anyone visiting Downtown Franklin for a short period of time. Also, what kind of breakfast place doesn't offer poached eggs?

This is a great place to stop in for a coffee or something to eat. Loved the atmosphere and the excellent service

I know this place is popular but of all the times I've been, I'm just not overly impressed. The atmosphere is great and I love Franklin but that just doesn't make up for the shortcomings.

I've gotten stale bagels and dry muffins but the coffee is what really disappointed. On my last visit I was with some friends and we all ordered different coffee drinks. None of them had a distinct enough flavor to even be different drinks.

I've had worse but I've also had better.

The staff is super friendly and that's awesome!

Alyssa was incredible! She went above and beyond! She ensured all our selections were tasty & made our moms night out so relaxing!
