Dutch Bros Coffee

Third time trying out this franchise & always disappoints! Iced coffees are never flavored. Frozen coffees are made with too much ice. Their sizes are amazing, just wish they’d be accurate in their flavoring. Very much over hyped, but same experience as Dunkin. Cold brew seems to only be the safest bet here.

Coffee was good, but I waited 30 minutes in line for it. Then after the wait, the cashier wanted to shoot the breeze with me even after she was handed my coffee. Nothing wrong with being friendly, but jeez. Hand me my coffee and let me go. Not worth the wait imo.

This place is amazing! I am so happy to have Dutch Bros in Clarksville. I have family that live in Grants Pass where HQ is and where they started, we have been DB customers since the beginning.

Derick and Faith deserve a shout out for being incredible. They helped me through a very difficult time, while I was in the drive thru line I learned of the passing of my brother. They also celebrated with me this morning when they heard I found out my cancer was going into remission. Seriously like hugged me and treated me like family.

Since y’all have opened I’ve been in 5 times. Every time everyone is sweet, kind, loves their job and the drinks are perfect. I actually called corporate to rave about how awesome y’all are doing and how you are representing the DB standard. It’s a refreshing change to have excellent service and terrific coffee in Clarksville. The people at DB are amazing and the coffee is just an added bonus. The mobsters you have in there are doing a terrific job with training.

This is hands down the best coffee chain in clarksville. Their energy drinks are also really good and the service is over top! I've been 3 times in one week. So glad they opened here!

Everyone is so nice! There are lots of choices and the muffin tops are huge, the cranberry orange is fabulous!

The line usually goes by quickly - they approach you fast and move on, they don't often guide the lines correctly which causes big delays; also the extremely awkward time if you're ever so unfortunate, to get stuck at the window. Some of us don't like other people learning into our faces and car spaces while awkwardly forcing small talk and long eye contact. Simmer down with that please!! otherwise it would a perfect coffee grab!

I waited near 1 hour just to get 1 drink. The drink is good but the drive thru is extremely slow. Very disappointed how long it took to get 1 drink. If I have not already paid I would have left.

Came for Friends and Family night. Almost got turned off by the line, but it moved super fast! Got a Cookie Dough Frost (their take on a milkshake) and while delicious, for something described as their take on a milkshake, it was a little more liquid than I'd expect. Still, people were awesome, I like the branding, will definitely be back!

I prefer this one over Madison Street one, I go almost every morning and the girls that work there are amazing!!

Great drinks, great server, 5 star all the way around. Wonderful location!
