Eeeep! I was so excited to find this place. I was visiting up north we need one in FL near me. Amazing staff yummy drinks great prices. Keep it up!!

Wish I had caught the workers name but I just want to say thank you to the girl working the window today (Feb 4th) who made my 3 yr Olds day. She loves the stickers from dutch and when another worker said they were out of stickers the girl working the window went to her locker and got the one she had to give to my daughter. We love dutch and always have a great experience but this one was just extra special. My daughter can't stop talking about it. Thank you to the workers for always being so great.

I had a mix up on my drink. But the manager there immediately fixed it. She was absolutely nice. I wasn't in a great mood so my apologies for that. But she was great and really nice. I wish every place had a manager like her. Every one. Thank you again. This was about 9 am Wednesday Dec 14 2022. Thank you again I should have got your name.

We usually get coffee here but today's visit left a horrible taste in my mouth. With only 1 person taking orders and I'm waiting in the 1st lane. Then the 2nd lane fills up with people who arrived AFTER you and cut you off and get their coffee before you can even order.. this system does not work. I waited so long, I ended up having to leave with nothing after having to wedge my way through the 2nd lane of rude customers to get out of line. Wasted trip. Dutch Bros needs to be able to manage their lines better or close the 2nd lane when only 1 person can take orders. It's going to be a while before this place gets my business.

Previous trips to this location have been great; ; however, this morning was a disaster! If you only have 1 person out taking orders or nobody out taking orders block off the 2nd lane!. Courteous and observant people use the 1 lane but others get in the 2nd lane to jump the line. I waited over 30 minutes in line then was almost hit by the inconsiderate person in the 2nd lane (who arrived after I did) because I just wanted to leave!
Manage the drive-thru traffic better!!

Service is extremely slow. Coffee taste basically like chocolate milk. And they ask to many personal questions. Alot of people dont feel like talking. The one on Madison Street is the worse. Wont be going back.....ever

Its okay but its too much syrup and sugar then actual coffee. So I stay with my go two coffee shops. Black rifle and Ravenwood. And if you plan on using the order window PLAN ahead cause parking is tight and once the lines start backing out to the road you basically stuck there.

Fantastic coffee, I drink it as black as my soul, amazing people with amazing energy...good vibes as the kids say. Would rather go here than that chain that rhymes with Fartbucks any day!

Can't wait to try every drink on the menu, they have sooo many! The Unicorn Blood soda did not disappoint~ it was super sweet just what I like! 😋 The OG GUMMYBEAR soda tastes just like drinking a gummybear. The Caramelizer Freeze was delish too! Can't wait to try the Pineapple Lemonade and the Double Rainbro Tea!🌈
The customer service is AMAZING!!!

Updated: 2 stars. Every time it is a 20/30 wait with like 10 cars they used to be quick and now I have to wait soooo long to get anything. Starbucks is faster

This place is dangerous of how good they are. Customer service 20/10 haha! LOVE these people!! The new cookie dough is all I can drink because regular coffee makes my pregnant self wanna yack.
