If you're ever in Charleston this Spot is a must! Make sure to reserve your table before you get here, that's how good this restaurant is. Menu changes daily, farm to table cuisine and absolutely delicious. My wife & I both had seafood dinners and you have to order the cornbread.(You'll be dreaming about this cornbread for a while). Low country cuisine at its best and no doubt, every bite you take of your meal is nothing less than sensational. Kudos to the Chef and staff for making our dining experience amazing. Least but not last, major shout out to the bartenders at Husk who exemplify the art of cocktail mixology!
We went to the one in Nashville. It's a beautiful restaurant in a lovely area. I order the pork chop and it was absolutely delicious but on the smaller size, and I had expected something larger. Bread? No bread at the table--there were 4 of us. Our meals cost $300. Give me bread, please. Drinks-I ordered a gin and tonic and the gin they had I had never heard of before. The tonic water was 50% less sugar-locally sourced tonic water. It was flat. I didn't go there to lose weight. Desserts--kinda funky, not one basic dessert on the menu. I ordered the vinegar pie. I dunno.
Definitely worth the wait. Best food in Charleston. The cornbread is a MUST! We loved the rabbit. The grits were the quintessential low country creamy grits you dream about! Snapper was perfectly scored and cooked to a crisp, and drinks were on point. Service was impeccable.
The good: walkings acepted and was seated on the second floor above the bar. Extreamly attentive waiter will check on you every 5 minutes. Food is served within 10 minutes after ordering. Several options for craft beer that i can appreciate.
The bad: Music tad loud with a high beat for me to relax and enjoy a quality meal.
The ugly: rabbit flavorful but came out warm and salty imo, texture is mushy so no knife was requiered.
Check the box but was expecting a great meal after all the reviews. Did not give dessert a chance after the rabbit.
We had a fantastic dining experience here. The ambiance was great, the service was A+. The food and cocktails were unique and flavourful, something I won’t ever forget. I highly recommend.
Was recently looking to try this place for dinner but we ended up having to book a reservation for brunch. Not sure if that’s where we went wrong but we were all a little disappointed with our meals.
Everything was well prepared, but the burger I got was heavy and greasy, and not very balanced in flavor. I’ve had better for cheaper. The dishes my companions got were also all okay, but there wasn’t many lighter options to choose from. Biscuits and gravy were pretty textbook. Maybe great for someone who doesn’t know any better.
Everything was good, but left a little to be desired. For the reputation and the price, everything was just a little underwhelming. Professional, prompt service and a very beautiful restaurant, but I was expecting a little more from the food. Was actually the restaurant I was the least impressed with the entire weekend trip.
Order the Wood Fired Stono Oysters and the Scallop Crudo. They are both delicious starters. The Pastrami-glazed Swordfish and the Ink Rigatoni also were delicious.
The food was good, but I wasn’t blown away by it. The snapper was cooked well, but there wasn’t much flavor to it. I did love the Nashville hot lamb dumplings we had as an appetizer. Service was a little slow in my opinion. You’re encouraged to order everything at once which is fine, but if I’m sitting around waiting a bit too long in between courses why did I have to rush my choices?

Great Brunch on a Sunday before an afternoon Matinee at the theater.
