Dutch Bros Coffee

The coffee is good here but every time I have came to this place I have had to yell over the music to some tightly clothed girl to place my order. Some times repeating my self more than twice. This is the only Dutch bros I have had this issue with. I not very impressed with the employees professionalism at this store.

I was a customer at the Dutch Bros location in La Grande, OR while there attending a church conference at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church and received friendly service plus good coffee. What was even better was the service did not end there...after arriving home I noticed I did not have the receipt which I need for business record keeping. I called them and the girls there went the extra mile to help locate the receipt in their system and then because I do not live there they actually sent the receipt to me so that I could print it off here at home. What a great bunch of employees who went above and beyond just selling coffee and offering friendly service! Thank you all for your efforts and generous help!

I absolutely love Dutch bros and always choose them first to get my coffee. The employees are always energetic and willing to take orders and not once have I seen someone working that looked like they didn't want to be there.

Alyssa was a super star. After she served us our drinks - my girl friend mentioned that Alyssa was so personable that she made her feel like they have known each other since 1st grade. If you wanna have a, “I feel like we were best friends in high school and I wanna Hang with you later” experience, make sure to try this Dutch Bros out. The employees will brighten your day for sure!

I ordered the Cocomo with Coconut milk because I'm unfortunately lactose intolerant. If the drink is actually made with chocolate milk, Dutch bros has failed to inform me this. If I didn't watch the barista make me drink tonight I probably be extremely sick. I love dutch bros. I'm very disappointed when I told the batista I'm lactose intolerant his only response was handing me the drink. I know some customers might order milk alternatives for other reasons. I just felt that move wasn't very thoughtful and looking at my order and still making it with milk. The barsita is fairly new and he as messed up my order before.

Usually I'm not one to complain, but all the workers at the La Grande Dutch bros seem to not listen to my order. Three times in a row my boyfrind and I have ordered diffent drinks but every time they dont have any flavor and taste like milk. I used to love dutch because the different flavors. Maybe the music is too loud or the staff is too talkative with each other.

The drinks are delicious and you can also make your own. They have tables and outside now too, so you can now park your car, order your drink and relax at the table before taking off if you're in now rush!!

I love this shop. Everyone's always super friendly, and they work really hard to get you your drink quickly even when they're slammed. Bonus:. If you get the same drink frequently, it's basically like Cheers, and they have your drink ready when you pull up to the window 😁

Amazing staff! Always a delight to come thru, which is multiple times weekly. Have never had anything but perfect, fun customer service and the drinks are awesome and for whatever reason if you even make a weird face when you take a sip they are right on correcting it and the RARELY make a mistake!

Love Dutch Brothers but... Staff is trained to engage the customer. If your a clinical introvert (like me) the last thing you want before you've had coffee is small talk. Helpful hint: Wear headphones.
