Dutch Bros Coffee

In town visiting family, never had Dutch brothers before.. heard that they were delicious and that your first time is free... What a LIE!! Ordered a frozen coffee and they didn’t even blend it. It was literally pieces of ice.. it was watered down tasting and just down right HORRIBLE.. I dumped it down the drain after one swig.. Oh and free??? That’s weird, because not only was I charged, but they’re pushy for a damn tip and couldn’t even get my order right. Idk if they all practice the same things, but I definitely do not recommend this location at least!

Great to go grab a drink with your friends. The staff there is super friendly and kind. Everything is handled quickly so you almost never have to wait for a super long time. The menu has something for everyone from coffee to smoothies and energy drinks to things that are great for littler kids like hot cocao. Would definitely recommend this place.

Just got a Dutch Freeze and the milk was spoiled!! This is the 2nd time this location has given me an undrinkable item.

1st time at a Dutch Brothers! The young man outside came to help and I stated that a fellow employee that works with me is a regular and I wanted to surprise him him at work. Being his first week he knew who it was I was referring but not what he orders. So he ran inside spoke to other team members and made it happen. The server at the window even put a custom hello on top for him. As Arnold would say " I"ll be back"

What have you changed in your 911s? The last couple of times I've come they made me nauseous. And don't get me wrong. I love Dutch bros. I'd choose them over other major chains

I’m used to my local Dutch bros being open for 24hrs. I miss that here, hence giving only 4 stars. Otherwise the quality taste and service is still top notch, what you’d expect from a Dutch bros branch.

I actually like Dutch Bros a lot but this specific one I've always had issues with. Even if there's one car in front of me with one person ordering one drink, I've had to wait some ridiculous amounts of time. I usually avoid it unless I see no one in line otherwise I'd be in for a long wait time. Other than the time issues here, the people making the drinks are super friendly and they usually get the order pretty spot on. Little tip for those of you getting the Dutch Sodas, order a medium with light ice/no ice and you'll end up getting the whole can of it put in there. Otherwise you'll pay extra (more than it would cost for a med) for them 'topping it off' on the small and they don't open another for the large so you'll get the same either way.

Delicious Coffee, friendly service. They try to recognize you and remember your name and drink. Will give recommendations and take custom drink orders. If the line is 3 cars or more, they send someone out to take your order so it will be ready when you pull up.

This is a hard review for me, I love the staff, but since many have left the quality of the drinks is very unreliable, if I drive by and don't see someone i recognize working now, I turn around and just make it at home. I still absolutely love the staff and manager though!

Why oh why does it still take so long to get a coffee here? Everybody is super nice that works here, but to be brutally honest they just talk too much to themselves, and to the customers. This is definitely my favorite coffee, but every time I come, no matter if there's five cars in front of me or two cars in front of me it always takes at least 4 minutes to 5 minutes to get my coffee. It's especially annoying because I come in the morning before work, and I don't think they realize most of their people that are coming are most likely in a bit of a hurry. I won't be coming here again. Every time I decide to come here instead of a Starbucks I'm always late to work and it is a stressful experience. The people that work here really need to start respecting their customers' time.
