The iced americano we ordered was hot and when we asked for more ice, the person working acted annoyed and barley gave us any. Not a great coffee stop.

Been there twice and keep wishing it was better. It's more of a donut shop than a bakery. Coffee is not great. There is no public restroom. Parking can be tricky on weekends. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Stay away from this place!! The rudest customer service I have EVER received from an establishment when I was just trying to give them business (and a lot of it!). I called to place an order and it went to voicemail where it states it can take 4-6 business days for a call back. I live in the Portland area so often times you have to keep calling to place an order. I called this bakery 2 more times and was going to give up after that but the woman answered on my third (and final) attempt and proceeded to SCOLD me for calling three times and that if I bothered to listen to the entire voicemail, I would have heard it say they weren’t taking any custom cake orders until September. There was a much softer and kinder approach she could’ve taken with me. Instead, I was belittled and berated as if I was a child doing something wrong! I will NEVER give Cannon Beach Bakery business and I hope others don’t experience what I just did. I also hope the woman who treated me like this has a better day tomorrow and finds kindness in her heart someday.

I just read some of the other reviews who have experienced a rude woman working here…hopefully the owners will realize what she’s doing to their business.

Went in to buy pastries & coffee. When I asked for a water I was told they only have bottled water. When I clarified, kind of surprised that they don’t give water for customers the girl said “unfortunately not in cannon beach.” It’s a stingy, ungenerous business practice to deny a cup of water to customers spending 15 bucks in pastries at your store. This stingy business practice turned me off. Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

It was ok. Definitely not a big deal. And their website shows an inside sit down area, that is no longer available. The drinks are great, but if I'm going to sit outside, then might as well go somewhere else that does offers an inside area. Their pastries are cold, not something I'm looking for during the colder seasons. And the lady behind the counter rushed us instead of being helpful. She didn't greet anyone, not even a smile.

I am local and loved coming here, but with the new(ish) owners it is a rarity to have a good experience. I feel more like an annoyance and a problem than a wanted customer. Their poppyseed muffins, cinnamon rolls, danishes, and donuts are all great, but with the way I have seen them treat people, not worth the price.

Cannon Beach bakery makes wonderful baked goods! They're friendly, helpful, and a great staple of the community. My favorite treat is the buttermilk bar, but you won't find anything in that case of low quality. Everything I've tried is *chef's kiss* delightful!

A good variety of great pastries. Partial to the almond bear claws. That they sponsor a show on The Bridge, a radio station out of Astoria, is another reason to like/support them.

My favorite are the pecan sticky buns. Friendly and helpful staff, quiche was okay, cappuccino was great.

This review is for my wedding held on October 23, 2021. When we began planning our wedding in Cannon Beach we wanted to use as many local businesses as possible. For the cake our wedding planner led us directly to Cannon Beach Bakery and we are so glad she did. The cake tasting blew us away with the quality and it was so hard to choose the exact flavors we wanted. We definitely recommend the Marionberry which was a hit amongst all of our guests since we all traveled from out of state. The design was exactly what we pictured as well and they worked wonderfully with our florist to incorporate florals from our table arrangements on bouquet into the cake design. We highly recommend Cannon Beach Bakery for a wedding cake and want to thank them so much for helping be a part of our wedding day. Thank you! John & Alicia
