Cannon Beach Bakery

The people here are so sweet and friendly! I got the haystack bread, a lemon bar, butter cookie and Marionberry scone and it was all fantastic! We will probably stop by again on our way out of town.

I picked up an amazing pesto/cheese pastry and bag of chips on my way to Indian Beach for my hike...❤️❤️❤️

We loved the pastries but we got a cake for a birthday and were a bit disappointed. The frosting was a bit oily and bland.

Good pastries, very rude staff. The card reader was not able to read two of my credit cards. The rude staff kept saying that my cards have a problem. Finally she entered the card number and as expected, there was no issue. She didn't say one word of apology. I noticed a cooler with water on the window sill and asked for a paper cup. I was told that a paper cup is $1. There is inflation, but until now I was never charged for an empty paper cup and $1 is outrageous. I will never again go to this bakery.

Awesome Almond poppyseed muffin also chocolate dipped Macaroons. The Haystack bread is to die for. The bakery carries tons of different pastries and donuts, pies, cakes. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area. The staff is friendly. I love this place.

Surprisingly robust coffee selection for a bakery. Lots of pastries too. I got the cheese danish, which really grew on me

They're open early, which is a godsend

Great location, good service. Cinnamon roll was fantastic, donuts were good but the quiche was a bit mushy.

We ordered the cake and cupcakes for my daughter's wedding from Cannon Beach Bakery. My daughter was married on a Tuesday, which is not a day when they are usually open, but they were very flexible and arranged to have someone on site when we arrived to pick up the cake. She was very friendly and helpful; even going so far as to carry my order to the car for me. The cake and cupcakes were beautiful and delicious! Exactly what I ordered. I would frequent this establishment if I lived close by!

I’m pretty sure the “bad” reviews on here are all posted by locals trying to keep tourists away from this gem. Haha We showed up around 10am on a Wednesday. There was a long line when we got there and people just kept coming. That being said the line moved very quickly. We got a sampling of items. My favorites were the almond bear claw, ham and cheese croissant, and marionberry scone. Their espresso is also good. All pastries seemed priced reasonably for the quality. Will definitely return.
