Best baked goods on the entire Oregon coast! Don't cheat yourself and treat yourself to a pillowy doughnut or a toasty loaf.

Employees were rude. They stare at you with contempt. I thought maybe it was me or just the employee I was dealing with. I watched another paying customer with another employee same contempt on her face. Baked goods were good. Customer Service completely lacking. Sea Level Bakery down the road much has more friendly staff and better quality baked goods.

Crazy expensive, almost 20.00 for 2 pastries and 2 teas. Dark hair, middle aged female employee really needs to not be in a role where she deals with customers. Just terrible attitude, messed up my order twice and refused to make it right because there was a line. Had to send my husband back in to get it fixed.
1. Heated up one pastry, but refused to heat the 2nd one (again referencing the line)
2. Refused to do "light foam" on my tea latte. Said I had to choose between all foam or no foam.
3. When I received my tea latte it had so much sugar in it that it was undrinkable. (That's what I sent the husband back in to fix because I was just done with their shenanigans. )

Great place. The 4 rating is only because the products are simply not top notch. But, c'mon, who's going to turn down a 4 star donut?

I was informed that the "Sailor Jack" spice cake was dairy free. This is not the case!
I'm presently dealing with the fallout of having consumed something I'm highly allergic to! I even told the counter girl that I have a potentially lethal allergy to dairy, as it causes anaphylaxis when in my system!
Don't shop here if you have a food allergy. They clearly don't know what's in their products!

Edit: your signage is insufficient and I did inform the staff that I'm contact allergic. A responsible food handler would have advised that I not consume any of the baked goods due to that.

RUDE!!! They stop carrying some of the good products that they used to. I also went in the store and they were super rude to me and somebody else thought I’d give them one more chance but never again been coming to Cannon Beach for 30 years not again

This is a great bakery. There are many wonderful things from very sweet to moderately sweet. My favorite are the bear claws. Hours are a bit irregular, from 7 AM until they run out of goodies. Well worth poking your head in when in Canon Beach.

I went in yesterday to buy coffee and brought a clean reusable travel mug. They refused to put coffee in it saying that the owner requires them to only use the disposable to-go cups. They’ve literally banned re-usable mugs. Why is a business, especially one literally on the beach, actively trying to increase the use of single use plastic? Go next door to the ice cream shop instead. They have great coffee and are happy to not create more trash in the process.

Definitely worth stopping by! Fresh and unique baked good. Try the Cascadia cookie, it’s amazing!!

Threw me out in the pouring rain while waiting for a friend. DO NOT GO HERE! Thee people are not nice.
