Dutch Bros Coffee

Very packed, both the drive thru and window lines were long. Went to the window and ended up standing and waiting to get our drinks. Wish they had some benches or picnic tables to sit while waiting. The drinks appear to all be dessert drinks with a little coffee flavor here and there. The staff was busy but polite. The size of the large is what I expect for the price, which is nice. All in all I'm glad I went to try it out but there's nothing that really makes me want to come back.

Lived in Oregon for a stint and this coffee chain was the only one I ever went to. Never have been a huge fan paying for premium coffee but DutchBros changed that for me. Now that it’s in OK, I am going regularly. I always get two drinks; My regular Golden Eagle w/ extra shot and something to try. Have never had a bad experience. The staff is what keeps you coming back. They all seem to enjoy working and have fun as a team. The coffee and customer service is just as I remember with Oklahoma style. Perfect stop for cold or hot drinks.

This place can't get a 5 star, it's not awe inspiring enough for it. It will get 4 stars because so far every drink has been delightful. It's definitely a popular choice when compared to Scooters or even Sip.

I waited in line 10 minutes just to have them take someone else's order first who just pulled up then sat in line am additional 15 minutes waiting on a drink this is ridiculous

This was my first time in the drive thru at a Dutch Bros. it was hot and they were busy, but the girls who were taking orders out in the heat both had smiling faces and were very polite and friendly. We ordered a couple drinks and by the time we got to the window to pay, the drinks were ready! No waiting even though there were probably 6 cars in front of us. The line moved fast and everyone inside the facility looked like they were having fun. I'd love a Dutch Bros' closer to OKC!

Coffee is 5 stars but no matter when I come there is a ridiculous wait time I myself work in coffee they should be embarrassed how long they make people wait in line! Should start hiring baristas who can move efficiently… I will be returning to Starbucks as will many of your customers if this Continues as is. Today I waited 45 min in line and was late for An appointment. During this time period I watched 3 baristas leave the building yet the line was not moving…hire some people was common sense. The worst part of waiting 45 min was not a single barista came out and took any orders they’re waiting until the person gets to the window to make their drinks. Who trained them? What is your company standard? I see reviews going back 3 months complaining about the wait time and yet nothing has been done about this? Do better.

Staff is more awkward at this location vs other locations. We still fo pretty frequently for our energy drink fix but it makes me want to go less.

I've never had a bad experience here, and we've made the cross-town trip several times. My partner has the nostalgia feels for them from her time in OR, and as a new convert, I enjoy the golden eagle. Can't wait for the planned locations closer to my home so that we can have Dutch Bros more often.

Went this morning for the first time. Had a great time with Cassie at the window. She was so helpful and offered the best customer service. Interested in what I like and recommended a fantastic white coffee 911 extra sweet. It was perfect.
Just want to say thank you Cassie, I will be returning soon. 😊

We went there before the sun came up this morning!! My sister in law got the 911, I got the kicker, and the shark attack rebel. We have no complaints.
I do wish my shark attack would’ve came out the color it’s advertised but it still tasted amazing. . . Still can’t feel my heart😂 Staff was amazing, I hope they keep that same energy everyday.

Update- the staff definitely isn’t as kind at the window as they are in the drive through. The girl that took my order this morning was a little snappy. I told her one of my drinks and was trying. To tell her the next and right away she said “ one moment “ kinda rude like. Maybe she needed a day off 🤷🏻‍♀️
