Dutch Bros Coffee

When my wife and I arrived the drive thru line was long and there was one family at the walk up window so we decided to do that for faster service so we thought. This young man took our order. Then went to the back and was on his phone, and the next time we saw him he was leaving to head home. Instead of taking care of our order, and then clocking out. There were two girls inside one with blonde hair she finally acknowledged us and fixed our drinks within two minutes yet we waited for at least 15 minutes before being able to get attention from the bigger girl with brown hair who proceeded to give us slight attitude you can leave that at home I am not the one. I am also a Disabled Military Veteran and my wife is also Disabled we don't need your rude attitude that's why I am sorry we tipped them before we knew we were receiving terrible service. Wish I could take that tip right on back. My wife and I have both worked service jobs way harder and way busier than this location we went to this evening so I don't want to hear excuses for terrible service our drinks were not complicated or hard. Do better, but we won't be back to this location ever again. Also stop being so stingy on the whip cream it's a drink with whip, not a dab.

You would figure a coffee place would be able to at least somewhat move a line later in the morning. Nope. Takes about 10-15 minutes per customer, so I would recommend only stopping here if you have an extra 35-40 minutes to spare, and that’s with hoping that you only have 2 or 3 customers ahead of you. I pulled up 8 minutes before I had to be at work (less than a minute away), there were 2 customers ahead of me. Figured I may be a few minutes late at the most, it would be fine. No. It took about 35 minutes to get my drink. When I Got to the window, there were FOUR people working…more employees than customers at that moment, and it still took 35 minutes.

Visited the drive-thru around noon, thinking it would be busy. There were several cars in front of me, but they got the orders out quickly. I was only in line for three (3) min - if that. Kaitlyn was the person who took my order, and she was absolute delight. It's only my third time visiting the store, so menu is new to me. She explained what I could get on my drinks, and gave me details of the snacks they offered. Kaitlyn taking the time to discuss few item options, the flavors, textures, etc. made it easier for me to make the right decision. The customer service I receive from this location is amazing every visit.

Came through a couple days ago and Viviana was SO SO sweet! She truly made me feel special! Came through again tonight and Aubree and Alyse were so fun and nice!

Now that my favorite local place has closed, Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee in Southern OKC. Not quite the same as Boxcar, but the flavor supremely exceeds Starbucks and BRCC.

We discovered this place when we visited Houston, TX, over the holidays .My wife and I were very happy to find a location in Midwest City. This is a first class coffee destination. They have a great variety of coffee to choose from . I went with reserve cold brew, and it was delicious . I highly recommend this place.

First timer 🙋🏻‍♀️ I got a blended Trifecta - it has Caramel, White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate. I was so surprised by how heavy it is. It’s SO good! It’s like the perfect sweet treat with caffeine 😄 I got a medium, I’ll probably just do a small next time b/c they are huge!

They’re getting better at keeping the line moving since it is a newer store, but I go almost every morning. The longest I’ve had to wait in line was 15 minutes and that was with a morning rush. Definitely try one of their muffin tops, the lemon poppyseed is the best!

Always love rolling through this location on the way to the function. The broistas are always chipper and chill and they move the line remarkably quickly. My Broista Katie was especially kind to me and we compared pictures of our dogs (mine is cuter but hers is pretty adorable too, FWIW.) She also makes a mean Half Caf Lavender/Strawberry Annihilator Soft Top Parfait. If you need your caffeine fix before you head to class at Rose State, this place is the tops.

This place is amazing and I'm so glad that they have drinks for the non-dairy my favorite drink is the green apple slush and lemon to make it extra slots hour and my daughter loves to get the caramel macchiato or anyting Carmel the people are so nice and respectable
