First visit to this coffee emporium and it was a pleasant surprise. The server was very nice and patient being my first time and he explain the products they served accurately. After receiving my beverage it was really good and it the spot
Acceptable for one time visit. Barista was nice, selection is good. Coffee is overroasted and bitter, which covers for coffees defects. Cookie was too sweet, no other taste besides sweetness, and 3 weeks in plastic wrap didn't make it any freshier. $6.5 for mid-size capuccino and cookie sounds reasonable. Oh, nice fresh decor inside and energetic music if you need that vibe.
Decent coffee, much better than Dunkin. I enjoyed it for a while until they started asking for a tip at the drive-thru. I think it's pretty obvious nobody wants to pay $10 for an average coffee and a bagel sandwich. Dunkin is just across the street, you guys have to do better.
There is no atmosphere of my liking. Everything is very plain and functional. The smoothie I was offered was extremely sweet (even though I got 2 shots of mix in a cup instead of standard 5). The service was Ok. I can't blame the girl that she doesn't understand customers speaking with an accent, but mine isn't strong. And overall my English is good,I dare to say. The worst thing was that the orange-mango flavored smoothy looked like a rotten milk drink at the morning of the next day. Not even 24 h after I bought it it separated into fractions. It was still kind of tasty to drink, after I added 50% of water in it, but the color and the consistency was no longer acceptable. Waisted $6 for nothing
Came in today and had couple hours to kill while I waited for my daughter. Quite and friendly staff - got couple hours of work done on my laptop, good bagel and Wi-Fi :)
The coffee, drinks, and food are great here. I only give three stars because of wait times. Most of the locations should at least have four people on the clock for busy hours and days. I felt bad asking for my Door Dash order nearly a week ago with the two employees being swamped by walk ins and drive thru customers.
I hope upper management or the owners can turn a new leaf and make changes for staffing. Even pre-covid they would only have two employees working the store.
This is only my third time trying Biggby Coffee, and this time was not my best experience. For a $6 latte, I expected it to taste very good. Unfortunately, it tasted like burnt coffee/espresso. It was not drinkable at all and had to be poured out. So unsatisfied.

Coffee is amazing. Look at the app for more flavors. Service is always top notch. Super friendly and 2 for 1 Wednesdays is a life saver.

The service was excellent and I love how they ask me what did I like and they told me what they had with the flavors that I like
