I hadn’t been to Caribou coffee in a long time. I came to love hot chai tea lattes at Caribou Coffee in Colorado. I was so excited when I saw this one. The chai lattes were a huge let down. We bought 3 and threw away 3. Sad.

Unbelievable. . . .9 of us went to Caribou Coffee on Friday night, Sept 23 at 9:30 after we had dinner. Caribou closes at 10 PM on Friday nights- when we pulled up, the employees scurried to the back. . . .the lights were on, but the doors were locked. . .we tried all 3 doors to no avail- I then proceeded to call the store number and the call was answered and then the phone hung up- there were other people sitting outside at the tables and said that "the employees were just there??!!" We waited for a few minutes, then the lights went out- we could see the employees in the kitchen area- then an employee appeared from the back, came to the door and said an employee had gotten sick and they had to close early?? The counter and prep area had obviously been cleaned up and was spotless. . . Then the lights came back on, all three employees came out of the kitchen area and headed out the back to their cars and left, leaving us speechless. . . Maybe the owner needs to learn of this. . .we then went to Starbucks which was glad to see us

Dark chocolate mocha & Blueberry almond oatmeal :)
I have always preferred Caribou to starbucks any day. The ambience is quite subtle unlike its commercial counterparts. Caribou has always been a nice place to relax, grab a book and sip on some mocha while listening to pleasant music.
Most of the caribou locations in the triangle have a fireplace. It comes good in the winter. What's better than a hot chocolate on a snowy day sitting next to a fireplace :)

Very clean cafe. Restrooms were clean, not well lit, but clean. The coffee and food served is delicious. They messed up a drink in our order but remade it without question and gave us the bad one free. Very friendly staff. Definitely a place to go for a quiet delicious pit stop or place to meet up with friends.

This review is only for Covid-19 procedures. A normal review of this Caribou would be excellent. Yet for Covid, if you are looking for a safe place that is using sanitary protocols, avoid this location. I have been to the Cary location and it seemed fine. This location was not. This is just a warning to be cautious IF this is a concern for you and your health.

Disappointed when I pulled up today to see so many people not wearing masks inside. Had to opt for curbside which was great, but would appreciate requiring masks for entry per the current Raleigh city ordinance to prevent infection during COVID-19. Coffee and banana bread were good and would get again. Would be nice to have estimated caffeine content listed on menu on the app.

Not the best coffee. I've definitely had worse.great staff. My baby distributed a small donut evenly throughout the store and no complaints among staff or customers. Does attract a slightly older crowd.

Nice cozy place. If your a big fan of dark coffee with a little taste and trying to watch calories I suggest a 'Hot Press with 1/2 a scoop of Dark Chocolate. It's not on the menu but quite amazing!!
