Great little spot in the middle of nowhere! Great coffee and a fun, friendly staff. Make sure you get the waffles!

Went with a friend for the first time and was super pleased! This place is beautiful, my bagel was delicious and I love the little sheds you can sit in for privacy. Super good place to relax!

Great place! Coffee is always fresh and made in front of you. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially when you are awestruck by the impressive menu. The atmosphere is very modern and cozy. Pricing is average for modern coffee shops. I'd expect to spend about 6-7 dollars per person.

The Milk Road is a place you could easily pass every day for years and never know it was there. I drove by it most days and wondered what it was. On a whim one weekend my wife and I decided to check it out.
The outside is an unassuming steel building, but inside is quite the opposite with a modern feel and a cozy atmosphere.
Our barista, Angela, was very helpful and friendly. The coffee is roasted in house and tastes amazing. They offer an ample selection of drinks. We also discovered their homemade Belgian Waffles (made with local ingredients) which were equally delicious.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Milk Road and will definitely be coming back.

Checked out this new Jacksonville coffee shop with the family this morning! Their yummy hot beverages pair perfectly with their liège waffles & they were even kind enough to offer my 2 yo a mini & slightly cooled hot chocolate of her own.

Milk road? More like avoid this place and go anywhere else road am I right?? $7 watered down drinks that taste terrible, staff that seems annoyed you even came in and no seating makes this place the top of don’t go here. I’d rather pogo stick across the bridge for half the day trying to get to Starbucks than go back here.

My favorite local spot! Amazing coffee, amazing people! Try the waffles!

50 minute wait for 2 hot ciders and 3 waffles is ridiculous. The cider was Luke warm at best. Waffles were burnt. Won’t be coming back.

While the coffee was okay, it simply doesn’t justify the outrageous wait times. 35 minutes for 2 iced coffees was just insane. 3 espresso machines and 5 people in front of us, it seemed it should have moved a bit quicker, especially with 3 employees working. We likely won’t return based on the wait times alone.

Lovely looking place and website, but once inside the experience falls apart. These nice folks do not know how to prepare good coffee, and their workflow is not well organized. The wait is crazy long, the prices too high - $5 for 16oz latte? And oddly they seem to have no idea how weak their performance is compared to well run coffee shops. They need help but instead they brag about how good they are. Ridiculous. Disappointing.
Worst run coffee shop I have ever seen. Threw my latte away.
