Really enjoyed a strawberry iced tea drink that was one of the best things that I've had this summer. I got an open faced soft boiled egg and brie sandwich on rye with ham. Very delicious and smoky! Eggs were cooked perfectly. I'd love to try more things on their menu someday.

Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich on a late Friday AM. Asked for a refund, recieved the to-go sandwich within a few minutes, and was greeted with raw sausage in my car and huge globs of egg and cheese. What a shame.

My first impression was that this was a nice and friendly café to hang out in with friends....but then I drank the coffee. I ordered a latte and I could barely hold the cup it was so hot. Then I went to the table and set it down and waited a few minutes and it was fine to the touch. I took a small sip of the coffee and it was EXTREMELY hot and I burned my entire mouth. I waited about 30 minutes for it to cool down and it was still too hot to drink and burned my mouth again. I finally decided to tell the barista and politely asked her if she could turn down the temperature for the next person's order. She was young with blond hair. She rudely grunted at me and said " I think we can do that." Then another worker that was a young male with short brown hair came over and asked if everything was okay. She told him "Nothing is wrong don't worry about it". I later went back to find the male worker that approached us and told him that I was asking the barista to just turn down the temperature for the coffee for the next person. He then said to me "Well some of our costumers like the coffee ordered extra hot." I told him that even this temperature for coffee was not drinkable for anyone. He then said to me "Well for YOUR next coffee we can turn down the temperature." I said that there is no reason anyone should drink coffee this hot. I drank the coffee at 1:30 and it is now 4pm and my mouth is still painful. I have never experienced such rude and apathetic costumer service in my life.

My food is usually really good from here, I ordered oatmeal with berries and everything was fine until I looked down and realize there was a tiny bug crawling around from the fruit 🤢 don’t know if they wash the fruit first

Poorly trained staff and the short order cooks can’t get food out. The time before last the kitchen staff was laughing and throwing stuff around like they were on break, with 30 plus customers waiting in line for food! This is the second time in a month with the same experience. We finally get our food after a 45 minute wait, and drive 20 minutes home and the order was completely wrong. After spending $40 I call and ask for a manger who was completely unapologetic and says she will refund our money by end of day and then hangs up the phone while I was talking. For the price of the food, it’s bland and the staff works like they’ve never worked in a high paced environment. Will never go back and would NEVER recommend.

Food was delightful. Went there with co workers for Christmas lunch. They had a steady crowd, seating wasn't full, but a lot of to go orders. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, it's not fast food. It's delicious, made to order food.
Roast beef sandwich was great, and mushroom soup was great.

Food is too notch, one of my fav spots to go but is fairly busy so don't expect good to come out quick. Great coffee as well!

I’m gluten free and have Celiac disease. Despite multiple good reviews on celiac websites, I had a really bad experience today which was my second time eating here. The first time the staff was accommodating, clear and seemed to have a protocol for “allergies.” I did not feel sick after at all and ordered the same thing today. This afternoon was the opposite - all of the staff seemed uninformed and I was told they could not support minimal cross contamination but they would try their best. Unfortunately, I was hungry and ate my sandwich after respectfully asking them to do what they could. During, I was concerned the bread wasn’t actually gluten free and I’m now sure it wasn’t because I’m super sick. Please do better and be more consistent if you’re going to serve people with gluten intolerances or celiac disease.

Wow, not just good customer service but special customer service! Always like this place. The staff really work hard to move the line up. Today one of the staff members, I believe her tag said Sophia, made the extra effort with my coffee. She didn't have to, I wouldn't have noticed if she didn't do it and they were busy. Pretty cool move. Thanks.
