Katy's Cafe

This little cafe was the cutest thing ever. The food was out of this world and the service was great. My boyfriend and I both got 2 eggs, toast, home fries, bacon, and drinks for 12.94. Great prices. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area not looking to spend a ton of money and wanting great food in a great atmosphere.

Great coffee shop but so much more. Very cool vibes with friendly service and delicious food. I really enjoyed the coffee mugs that are a random collection. Reminds me of coffee with my grandfather, he always used the same mug. I can only imagine that certain patrons have claimed their favorite mug. I have found mine and I hope I get it next time. Thank you Katy's for the local awesomeness!

This place did not disappoint! The food was very tasty, service was really good. Food came out fairly fast even when they were busy. We went to breakfast here every morning while we visited Ellicottville.

On a rainy day in Ellicottville NY, and being from out of town, Katy's Cafe looked inviting. Food was delicious. Loved the potato/ham soup. Not too salty. Lots to choose from paninis to salads to deli sandwiches. Quiet day so we had the whole place to ourselves, which makes it very doable on Covid19 times. Our server was helpful and friendly. We would recommend to others.

I went here for the first time with my siblings to grab something to eat. We sat at our table for 30 plus minutes & was never even brought a menu. We watched the waitress attend to other people and make eye contact with us but we were still ignored... even after trying to flag her down. It wasn’t even very busy. We ended up just getting up and leaving after awhile because we were so hungry. It was a complete waste of time. I will never come back ever again.

Maybe better training for wait staff? Our server missed a couple things. We Spilled coffee while she was at the table and she stood there instead of getting a rag to help clean up. Also, the middle section of my sausage links were cool so I asked if they had been pre-cooked. She wasn’t sure so I said I’d pass on eating them. Instead of either going to find out if they were precooked or better, bring some hot ones, she upped her certainty and said she was pretty sure they had been precooked. No time or desire to suffer possible consequences so I passed.
