Tim Hortons

This location has hands down THE BEST customer service of any Timmy Ho's I've visited. I always customize my sandwich order, and this is the only location that ALWAYS gets it right. In addition, they also have the shortest wait times of any location I've visited, and the staff is always friendly. I will go out of my way to drive to Salamanca for this place. Minus 1 star for "atmosphere" because the drive-thru lane is too narrow after the pickup window, and I always hit the curb. Other than that, though, outstanding experience! 👏

I went into this location on 12/14/22 to order a sandwich and drink. I go to many Hortons in my WNY and PA travels. Although this store was busy, I was welcomed by the friendly employees that took and made my order. Both Chris and Michelle were a bright spot in my day and I highly recommend taking the time to go inside this location and see the variety of baked goods in the clean and friendly environment. It will be worth it!

The lady taking my order was horribly rude. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the lady made a comment after everything I said. I ordered a buy one get one breakfast sandwich and she laughed and said I was at the wrong restaurant, saying I said a mcmuffin, which I certainly did not. She was beyond rude and I will not return to this location.

1st time here service was good food wasn't hot but ok. coffee was awesome they really need more options!!

Went through the drive-through, service was great. The server was very friendly and accommodating

Ordered a 4x4. I don't know what was in it but it was awful. I went in to exchange it, and had to wait several minutes while the manager tried to comp the maintenance man's meal... when I told her it was disgusting she simply replied "No its not disgusting, it's just not your preference" she then told me to smile, it's not that bad!! You messed up my order and when I tried to get it corrected she verbally attacked me. I will most definitely be back to this location! Also I was a lead associate with Varma Enterprise in Buffalo and worked for Tim's for 7yrs. Poor service no ethics or empathy!!

I usually don't have any problems but last time I was there drive thu I was treated bad and charged more for my food .I ask for the 2 for 6 deal said it 3 times I got up to window and payed what I was told it come to then my friend said it should not be that much. I ask the girl what cost so much she told me what I was charged and I was charged the reg price for my breakfast sandwichs instead of the 2 for 6 I told lady it shouldn't be that and she said well that's what was wrung up and there's my food I'm good to go I said but you over charged me she said well you must not have told them it was 2 for I said I did at least 2 times .she said here you go shoving the bag at me and tells me to move ahead for next Costumer. She was very rude .I ended up leaving rather then getting out and going inside to speak with a manager. Even though I did say the deal that sounds wrong why would you have to tell them when that's what's on the board 2 for 6 .I will be going back to Burger King from now on

All tims are great. Just wish,well with them being Canadian,theyd have Canadian bacon...aka back bacon.🐷🐖🥓🍖they do not.....

I go here almost everyday and not have an issue but today all I ask was for some sugar for my unsweetened sweet tea and the two young ladies where beyond rude and snappy and I asked politely what was the attitude for, and she just looks at me the nastiest way and walks off . I was unable to get their names but I’m assuming the manager was the older lady that came to the window to tell me “ I’m sorry we’re working on it” which I’m guessing their attitude !! Very unacceptable! One lady was taller and slender with black hair and freckles and the other was a shorter younger female with blonde hair . Which she has been working there for a few months now.

Drive-thru, ordered hot tea, got coffee. Line was too long to wait a second time.
