Terrible! Almost every time I come here there is a problem with my order. Drinks and items not made correctly. I once had a apple fritter that was not fully cooked. how does a donut shop do that? Ugh!

Absolutely awful service. We were the only two customers in the store, waited at the counter for 5 minutes as the two employees continuously walked past and ignored us. Would never go again.

This Tim Hortons was in Salamanca, NY. And it closes at 9. I was disappointed because I did not realize that and got there just after 9... no coffee or doughnut for me.

this is one of the best tim hortons locations i've been to. they always seem to be busy, but the service is very fast and friendly. the line might look long, but it always moves quickly and is worth it.

Was in at 9 pm music was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you. They had no begals or doughnuts made and tried to tell me they didn't sell smoothies until I pointed it out . Then made it wrong
