I always get a medium vanilla iced coffee 4x4.. if it's made right it should taste almost like a vanilla milk shake.. it would be nice if it would come out that way every time. Unfortunately it's only right 40% of the time. I can tell just by looking at it to know if they did it right. I'm so sick of having to bring it back because it tastes awful

Great coffee, I wish we had more in the USA! I usually stop on my way to Canada, not sure why it’s not everywhere. Delicious fresh brewed coffee is always pleasure to have.

The parking lot was kind of small for us because we tow a trailer. Had to park next door. The drive-thru was also very skinny looking. The food was good and we appreciated the service they provided.

I enjoy Tim Hortons coffee. I buy their coffee to make at home as well.
But unfortunately the location in Salamanca NY isn't the best. 1 week ago I purchased 2 Chipotle chicken wraps and neither had Chipotle sauce on them. Today I purchased another one and asked if they could make sure the sause was was on there. When I started eating it, I found it was drenched in the sauce. It became very messy to eat.
I also have noticed over the last few visits the staff is short with me when I asked about the app and wasn't helped out to understand and navigate the app.
Last week I pulled up to the window to the help handling me my order and never said hi or even look at me. I asked for straws and she didnt hear me before the window closed so I sat there till she opened the window again in order to get the straws. I find the younger staff is very rude and quite disrespectful.
