I enjoyed my breakfast here the food was served fast hot and delicious as well as my server was super nice making me feel comfortable and happy! I will eat here again!

This was the best meal we had during our entire ellicotville stay. Great food for a good price. The latte and cappuccino we got was probably the best coffee we’ve ever had. Waitress was friendly and quick. awesome place, I would go back.

Me and my wife visited today, and what a little treat it was! We got a strawberry banana smoothie and a turtle latte. Both were awesome. Not to sweet, and great tasting for both drinks. Also had a chicken Cesar salad to go. Salad was amazing. Great tasting, fresh, and great portion! The counter girl was super upbeat and friendly. Such a nice spot in our day. Will be going back for breakfast tomorrow. Definitely recommended.

Our family of five visited Katy’s Cafe on a Wednesday afternoon as we were on our way home from our trip to Holiday Valley. It was a sunny, mild day in mid March. After ordering five lunches with five drinks, we asked if it was acceptable to sit outside in their patio area. Due to Covid, we were uncomfortable eating inside the restaurant. Though the patio seating was not set up yet (still early in the season for outdoor dining), our young children were excited to have a picnic outside, in the sun. The waitress gave us permission and we settled in. A few minutes after sitting down and setting up everyone’s lunch orders, a different employee of Katy’s came out, abruptly interrupted our lunch and said, “Excuse me. You need to move. You’re sitting in MY walkway and people need to get through.” She then turned around and went inside. It should be noted there were only two other people who entered the restaurant during the 30-40 minutes we sat outside to eat lunch from this business. There was also ample space in the patio to get into the cafe. There was, however, a fire pit placed directly in front of the entrance, but our family was not limiting any access to the business.

Unfortunately, this ruined lunch for our family. My children felt uncomfortable and kept asking to leave because the “girl was mad we were sitting outside.” She was extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The food was delicious, but the business and customer service was horrible.

We were told how great a place this was for breakfast. They were not wrong. Try the angry breakfast wrap! It was amazing! So good we called ahead the next day to have one ready on the way to the airport. Ready and waiting when we arrived.

My husband and I had breakfast at Katy's Cafe on our first morning in Ellicottville. Our server, Jenna, was so friendly and funny. My husband ordered the Angry Burrito and I got the LA French Toast, with the intention of sharing, which Jenna commented on when she came to check on us. Both items were delicious. It was honestly one of the best breakfasts we've ever had out.

We went back to Katy's the next morning before leaving town. Jenna was again our server, and said, "What are you sharing today?" When she brought out our breakfast we noticed she asked the cook to put to half of the breakfast sandwich and half of the French toast on each plate (it was another great breakfast). As we were eating, Jenna asked if we made it out for our planned mountain bike ride the previous day and where we road. She actually remembered our conversation! Delicious food, great atmosphere, and employees like Jenna make Katy's a must for breakfast in Ellicottville!
