Great food, service was awesome! Fair prices, cozy atmosphere! I will return.

We waited 45 mins and never even got close to being able to order food and so I left with a coffee, which was made wrong! I felt so terrible for the staff, they were busting their a$$es! There was a line out the door and dirty tables they couldn't get a chance to clean. They couldn't keep up.
And to top it off, one server was training someone!
They were incredibly short staffed, I know many companies are now but holy cow.
I sure hope the owner was in the back helping the poor cook staff.

Things started off well. One server and she was busy which I totally get. Got served my food and was only checked in with once. Wanted to take my leftovers to go and nothing. It got busier and another waitress came in and still never checked in on. Ate the rest of my food since I knew taking it to go wasn't going to happen. I got my food about 8:20 and I left at 9am. I never got a receipt but threw some money on the table and walked out. Left more of a tip than was deserved. I know I'm not a local and I'm just passing through but good customer service goes a long way.

Nice, spacious cafe with plenty of seating inside and outside. Fast, friendly service. Great selection of paninis for lunch. Good coffee.

Very friendly staff. Had finished a run and popped in for a coffee before going back to the hotel. All smiles inside, terrific coffee. I came back the next morning again it was so good. I recommend the cinnamon shot!

Wonderful little cafe settled in scenic Ellicottville, New York. My salad was fresh and fantastic. If I lived in the area, this would be my regular Saturday or Sunday afternoon stop.

Food and service were great. Prices were reasonable as well.

Best breakfast in town. In my top 5 all time best bfast. The home fries were on another level. French toast was great and the island breeze smoothie I'd a must! I would highly recommend visiting and the atmosphere was so relaxing!
