IHOP

Took a while to get seated each time I ate there, despite it not being very busy. Wait staff was friendly. Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Location was safe. Prices were fair.

IHOP always impresses, no matter what time it is. Food is always fast and on point. Customer Care is fantastic, Waitress poured my coffee!. Prices are amazing. Clean environment. This place is work your hard earned money!!

The food we got was very good, even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I did order chocolate milk and wasn't given a choice of size. We were given larges and charged a whopping $3.20 per glass. For the price of two glasses I could've bought three gallons of milk! Outrageous.

Food and service was average. Restaurant was too warm for comfort. Waiter was extremely helpful in getting air conditioning turned on with a wonderful attitude.

Stopped in Roswell at IHop to eat Friday evening, My husband and I with 3 of our grandchildren on our way to Ruidoso. The manager took us to our table threw our menus down and said" here you go" and walked away. The waiter came over to help us and you could tell that he had not been trained properly but he was trying. We waited 45 minutes for our food and when we got it the food was cold! All the employee's including the manager were standing around the front drinking their soda's. Where your drinks are being prepared and never washing their hands! After we ate the waiter never brought us our check so we went up to the front to pay and an elderly gentleman told me that I could probably take all the money out of the register and nobody would know. I told him if you think the service is bad out here wait till you are seated. The manager standing there listening and never asked what the problem was. I have no clue how this man is a manager. Poor service, horrible quality of food. Will never go back.

Possibly the worst food I have had in Roswell. Chicken club sandwich, with chicken that was white and pasty, and looked like meat glue. Bread was not even toasted, and fries, well I'm not even sure they were dropped in the frier. They could have been just left to thaw out on a counter. Even the small bits did not have any crunch. Plus they tried to charge almost 20 bucks which included 5 bucks for a small iced tea that looked like they put it in a glass for a child. Receipt says 30oz, but if that glass was over 8 oz I'll be a monkeys uncle!

We were here 4 days in a row for breakfast, the last day was a rough one. With 7 people we had 3 with significant order mistakes. It seemed the kitchen staff want interested in the details, toast was overdone several times, eggs were good every time, coffee was good.

We don't eat here very often but when we do it is always good. We always have good service and good food. Keep in mind it is what it is of diner style food. I'm not much of a pancake person but their other foods are good. Restaurant is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Busy on weekend mornings till just past noon. If you go between five am and 8am it is usually not that bad but after that a rush seems to come.

Do not order the crepes. They used to be so good, now not made well and the fillings and toppings are sugary sweet. And now so high priced.
