IHOP

The staff won't eat from silverware because it's not clean. Servers make 3$ an hour and are pitted against one another. The manager's underage daughter is always throwing herself at the cooks or having a tantrum, anything to get attention. Sewer water backs up constantly and the owner won't hire license plumber. Staff is disposable unless related to the boss. A real circus

Scrumptious food! Compliments to the chef!!! We went on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitress was so sweet & helpful! She went above&beyond. We ordered six different plates and every one was outstanding!!! All the condiments were clean & full. Lots of syrup choices. Oh yaaah and great coffee!!! They say coffee makes the IHOP, well this sure is a good one!!!

I was in town for the day and this place was walking distance from my hotel. So lo and behold, I ended up eating here for a late Friday afternoon lunch.
First impressions aren’t everything in my book, but they still count for something. While walking up to the restaurant, I was having a difficult time figuring out whether this place was open or not.
The parking lot was empty, the windows blacked out, and pigeon droppings marred the trademark blue roof finish of the restaurant. Needless to say, this place looked as if it had been closed for about six months; not an encouraging sign.
However, once I walked inside things appeared to be alright. Nobody else was in the restaurant and the interior was better kept and ultimately more inviting than the exterior.
As for my meal, I decided to take advantage of the Adams Family Halloween meal special: one decorated short stack of pancakes paired with 3 stripes of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and 3 sausage links.
It did its job well by hitting the spot. The pancakes were coated in black and white icing, so syrup did prove to be necessary. Everything else was well cooked and left little room for criticism. Can’t really ask or expect more from a roadside IHOP.

CHRISTIE you have brought it back for me. Redeemed IHOP(for me). Great service. Good food, great price, and clean restroom/dining area.
CHRISTIE was pleasant and attentive...and did the best thing a server could do. to me it shows the best service when you have your plates taken away. when you get up from your table to leave there shouldn't really be any thing there. Well done.

NO NO NO. DO NOT USE BLEACH IN THE RESTROOMS.....

BUT there was such a strong smell of bleach it made me sick, and I am surprised I was able to eat any thing. I am writing this review on the road 20 minutes after leaving, and can still smell it. I've have taken stomach meds and tylenol to see if it help. My only con.

Service was a little down because they didn't have enough servers. We also had to find our own syrup.

Everything was great except one of the servers. I requested something that was clearly on the menu and she claimed they didn't have it on the menu anymore, despite ordering it the night prior. Overall not a huge issue, just a bit annoying

The last time I went, the service and food was amazing. That is not always the case.

Was very delicious and host /sever was super friendly also checked multiple times if I needed refills

Good place to eat anything, specially breakfast. Most of my visits are always great experience. The staff are polite and give you the best service then can. The omelettes that I have ordered with steak or any meat are kinda poor but fine.
On weekends they get really busy what I think is good. And right know they're remodeling the Roswell location.

Food is average, portions are average, pancakes were excellent, disappointed that we were charged for refills on lemonade. Service was excellent. Restrooms need servicing in Roswell N.M. 1/3 of my total bill was for drinks. Will eat again, just to be fair on my next post. Update to follow.
