IHOP

From the moment we walked in they were rude. Our server was nice, but was much more attentive to her other tables. She didn't even check us one time. The only time she came to our table was to get our order, bring our drinks, food, and our check. It took forever to get our food and 3 other tables that came in after us got their food be us. I will never go back. The only good thing was the food.

Rhianna (sp?) was fun & accurate. I have to say 'accurate' since she had to explain my picky order to the cook. He got it right with her careful description.

there is this guy who was not attentive at all. I do not remember his name but he had an accent. I was there at night a couple weeks ago and he was our server he didn’t check up on us once until my father in law had to wave him down to fill our glasses and bring us our check. He sat on the empty side of the restaurant on his phone the whole time. Food was delicious. I love the waffles.

It is 8:30 and the website shows that they close at 10:00, yet the doors are locked and they clearly are not serving. Very bad business practice to not abide by your published hours.

This place had great food and was very quick. The cooks were outstanding with a correct order with tons of additions. Our waitress was slacking but the other waitresses helped out to make the experience good. That is what made this place good.

The bare tables and menus were cleaned often. We had to request condiments. But we watched them clean the empty table next to use at least three times while we were there. The food was great, service was fast.

Food was good. Our server was very nice and accommodating. It's IHOP. Not much to say about it

Had supper, ordered the Tbone and eggs. Steak was super thin and tough, despite me ordering it medium rare. Eggs were average. Pancakes were smaller than any other IHOP I've been to. Overall service was great, just the food wasn't up to the company's standards.

Overall pretty good meal..like always. I love IHop! The only bad side from this experience was our waitress. I'm From a different city though and the lady(waitress) that served us was very rude to us...she pulled our menus when we handed them to her she forgot to give us a straw and utensils so we kindly asked for them ...she looked at us as if we did something bad and gave us our items and we didn't get no refills. With other customers she had she was very very polite Then when we payed she was speaking very loud to her coworkers that she didn't get a good tip and that we didn't know how to tip. (Your tip consists on how well your service is) ...but Thats very unprofessional. Other than that thank you IHop for our lunch!!

Management MIKE, WAS VERY RUDE POOR WAITRESS HAD TO ASK HER CO/ WORKER FOR CHANGE... BECAUSE SHE HAD ASKED HER MANAGER FOR CHANGE AND HE COULD NOT HELP HER.
FOR GOD SAKE CUSTOMER WOULD LIKE HER CHANGE. IF ANYTHING
MIKE , IF Don't WANT TO HELP A PAYING CUSTOMER WHY DON'T YOU QUIT
