IHOP

The kids were all excited to see IHOP. They love waffles. A lot of IHOP closed, surprise n happy to see one still open in Roswell.

The language coming out of the kitchen was atrocious. The waitress was new and was not paying attention to what she was doing. Spilt coffee on my phone as she was filling my cup. My eating partner was not happy with her order. It was cold and the hash browns were dry. She tried to charge for an extra egg which was replacement for the meats since I can't eat them.

Hash browns were cold. Was just OK

The wait was long up front. I had to get the attention of someone just to be acknowledged. The coffee was weak. The bacon & ham were tiny lol. They were out of the spicy pablano sheredded beef. The avocado was over ripe. The upside is that our waitress was very nice and accommodating, she was an older lady.

First time here not bad but not the best.

I ordered my client breakfast there ,I don't eat here but he enjoys thier food

Our waitress Joanne was very nice. We ordered a sandwich the meat was very dry and seem old and we did not eat it, she offered to redo it but ,my husband
had already eaten my food.
Thought we wouldn't be charged $10 for it ,and we were charged, and she saw that we did not eat it.

Service was an inexperienced waitress but she was pleasant. However the food could have been a lot better. My husband & i ordered omelets & they were both over cooked, & mine had cheese i sled for "no cheese". Thankfully I could avoid most of it. I'm greatly disappointed because I've seen Ihop do so much better.

Sometimes it's just not enough tables or big enough building. We did have to wait but the wait was not long. Food was great plenty for the menu. The waitresses could be just a little less friendlier. Sometimes that many smiles can be a little overbearing but that's me. Great place for breakfast.

Have eaten at this restaurant many times. This is the first time our service was awful. We were seated the waitress took our drink and meal orders. Which was coffee, tea, and two waters. Received the coffee and tea no water. Waited about 45 minutes the waitress came told us they had a big order come in and they were just getting to our order.
Two ladies came in after us and they received there order within a few minutes. When we did receive our order the French toast and pancakes were cold and the sausage links were not fully cooked. Needless to say it will be a while before we go back!!
