IHOP

The Host was wearing his mask down below his nose and just leaning on his elbows everywhere getting in the waitstaff’s way. He was WAY to close to everyone and the food being served.
The food was ok and the waitstaff was great, but that guy needs to learn how to wear a mask during a pandemic and let the servers do their job.

Strawberry creepers at all it is is nothing but sugar and they don't let you know that the sour cream is on the outside instead of the inside.

Subpar service for a disappointing dinner. Received my dinner but was not how I ordered it. But didn't send it back. Waited over 10 minutes for a refill on my drink as well. I do not recommend IHOP Roswell. Also, the dining room was practically empty so they weren't swamped with customers.

The wait staff was very friendly and kind. They sure made me feel comfortable there alone. The food was good but the pancakes were undercooked then tasted burned when I asked for well done.

Waited 15 minutes before being seated at a nearly empty restaurant; it was 7:30pm on a Thursday. Was waited on by two servers who were unable to coordinate between each other because the beverage order was wrong twice. Ordered our food only for our “official” server to come back twice to confirm our order. Maybe he should have written it down? Came time to pay the bill and my change was not returned, so 32 cents became his tip. Cold day in Hell before I return to this ihop.

The food at this IHOP was very good. They were very efficient in getting our food to us with a great attitude. A runner brought our food out and as soon as the server noticed I did not have my hashbrowns she immediately brought them to me without me even mentioning that I did not have them. I would recommend this IHOP to anyone.

Ms. America was a great server, food was good. Sad that they dont have savory crepes anymore, a little expensive and smaller menu.

IHOP, my favorite chain breakfast restaurant is back again now in Roswell, NM. I always enjoy their food and I get what I expect. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, my first non breakfast item from this chain. It was actually really good for being a pancake restaurant, although they definitely have moved on from that title. This is my first non 5 star review because while the chicken sandwich was good my bun was cold and untoasted, not ideal. On top of that they didn’t have ketchup which is weird for a breakfast place. However, mostly great and I recommend this for a cheap meal.
