Messed up the order. They didn't even know that they were out of products, so had to refund part of the order. Also, the blizzard was never turned upside down. I get it, already partially melted, but defeats the whole blizzard concept.

I ordered a flamethrower burger with cheese curds as the side and a mini blizzard. I got a regular burger with fries. Wouldn't have been a big deal but the fries were old and cold. After that, I didn't trust the burger.

Hard to hear in drive thru. Don’t know their own menu. Iconic blasts only have candy in the top half and the rest is only ice cream and they hand them to you overflowing.

Speaker has a lot of static so it makes drive through ordering difficult. Chicken salad wasn't as pictured. Poor quality. Chicken strip were great. Lemonade was wasn't good at all.

Waited in drive thru line for nearly 10 minutes before taking order then another 10 minutes or more to get the order. Girl just handed my wife the order without flipping over the blizzard or saying anything. Not a hi how are you or even here's your order have a nice day. Simply shoved them out the window and walked away. Service was terrible, product was just fine.

Can't believe $3.76 for a large, (16 ounce), Root Beer. Used to eat here often before friend Covid arrived. Compromised immune system cut that off. I felt the price of a 16 ounce Root Beer was out of line, since I can buy two 12 ounce cans for $2.00.This was our last stop of the day. Now it's the last place we'll ever stop.

Our banana splits and salad were half the normal size (we have ordered them before). They forgot all the sauces, part of our order and drinks and we waited over 40 minutes for our order. Horrible service. Won’t go back.

Super slow. Workers more like robots. Not friendly but not rude. Might get an ice cream shoved at you in a robotic manner. This place takes forever but if you need ice cream, you need ice cream.
