Absolutely the BEST service anyone could ever receive! We had a group of 70+ and they treated us ALL like you would the president! Thank you DQ Roswell. We will def be back. Ohhh and Texas, you should allow them to have their steak fingers!!!!

Deserves ZERO STAR

The WORST location ever. Stay away!!! Visiting for a wrestling tournament. Stopped at 4pm after a long day. My ONE request was for all three order of fries to be cooked to order. Get my order and ALL THREE fries are COLD. Tough, hard and cold . ARE YOU SERIOUS!! If I PAY for hot food, I expect to receive hot food. Had to drive back 10 minutes to get a refund. Since they didn't want to throw away old fries, I made them throw away the entire meal. Dairy Queen, DO BETTER!!! Josiah, the shift manager, who looked 16, was nonchalant about the situation. Disgusted. Lost 40 minutes because of poor customer service.

Had to wait awhile, but after I got my order... MAN!! My burger was HOT and fresh!! The ice cream sundae was too notch, and the fries were fresh as well! Highly recommend!

The food and dessert was really good

The burgers are now called stackables because the meat patties are paper thin and dry. Let’s not forget the one small tomato slice, minute o lion slice that was a single ring, and two pickle slices. Add the cheddar ( no American) and bun. This isn’t a burger it’s a joke. Two bites of nothing but bread and bit of dried meat was all I could stand. Don’t believe the pictures on the menu. Go to a Texas DQ!!! They know how and what to fix.

Used to have Dairy Queen in Hobbs NM but it closed. I wish it was still open. Always been my favorite ice cream desserts.

Good place to eat but don't let them pull you forward, just save your time and go inside! Guaranteed to have the order right and fresh

I've had 2 bad experiences with this restaurant but my latest was tonight. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo as the only sauce but when it was delivered it had mayo, mustard, and ketchup which I'm allergic to. Also, the meat was burned to the point you could use it as a hockey puck. I'll never get food here again and will warn my friends and family!

Good service, the microphone on the ordering menu is really bad (like it’s always been) causes some misheard orders now & then, but typically corrected for at the window. Good is always good.

So Disappointed, so much Greed in the world, how much money is required for companies and owners Ordered a $6 full meal deal, the hamburger was just a piece of meat mustard, ketchup, pickles and cheese smaller than a $1.00 McDonald's burger, I stated mayo 3 times, still got mustard,small fries and a medium root beer, alo ordered 2- 6 piece chicken strip basket, one was short 1 chicken strip, then charged.49 cents for BBQ sauce which was not included, there was No toast, just 1 slice of bread cut diagonally all mushed..... It's like no one takes pride in their work performance, management let's workers do as they please and I'm sure corporate and reality
owners of the Chavez no idea how bad service is and for a meal that cost $6 you can buy better at McDonald's for $3 with a free drink
