Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The rest of my time in Roswell I will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen. Today the person who took my order would say different items or amounts as I was ordering then what I said. I told her I wanted a four piece honey barbecue chicken basket and she repeated back a six which I corrected but she gave me a six anyways. I also told her I wanted a root beer and she repeated back Pepsi at least she got this correction right. The after that I told her I had a thing for a free small blizzard cause they totally messed up my order the last time I’d come here and the manager made up for it with a coupon for a free small blizzard. She charged me for the blizzard AND threw away the free blizzard coupon that I’d handed her for verification that I was indeed supposed to get a free one. The order that was totally messed up another lady left out half my order and claimed I never ordered it even though it was the first thing I ordered and she got the blizzard from that part of the order and she’d repeated it back to us on the intercom as well and confirmed our entire order. All in all just a terrible Dairy Queen to go to. Workers don’t listen or pay attention. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Also their responses to one star reviews are clearly automated so you know the managers here don’t even actually check them to improve themselves.

Slush wasn't flavored correctly on two visits the girl at the window was rude and the ice cream cone shell wasn't very thick and it wasn't sealed properly it leaked all over the place before a bite was even taken and it wasnt even that hot outside the ice cream itself tasted terrible

Never ordered food from here, since we're always just passing through Roswell, but the Orange Julius and smoothies are great! All the employees we've encountered are friendly and helpful. The building itself is a little run-down and the speaker box at the drive through would probably work better with a tin can and string, but other than that it's a good place to visit.

This place has GREAT food. But when I went, I went inside for lunch. I was in a hurry. We only ordered 4 things right? Well it took about 45 minutes before our food actually came out. If we would have went in the drive through, I guarantee it wouldn't take that long. And we also saw workers on their phones then when customers got there, they went to take their order. Also you could hear the workers conversations from across the room... because, they were literally talking across the room. I don't know a little unprofessional. But other than that service is great and the food tastes delicious.

It was hot and it took almost 25 for fresh chicken and my fries were cold the AC in the restaurant didn't work and the day I was there the temp was 96'.

This was one of the better dairy queen's I've been to in a while. The reason for only 3 stars was the inside was filled with flies as is the entire town of Roswell.

The staff were friendly. And they were busy keeping the place clean.

There was much more variety of items I haven't seen at many DQ's.

Best breakfast burritos hands down. They beat any other competition in town. Definitely try it.

May be old restaurants but their ice cream is incomparable & their burgers have always been home style taste which makes them top choice. I truly don't understand why they have closed some locations. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they could improve in sanitation.

This is the worst food I’ve ever had it looked like all of the burgers we got were days old one even looked like a piece of leather. The fries weren’t even fried enough weren’t crisp just soggy. The ice cream there has absolutely no flavor tasted of just cream and salt. The service was awful as well with forgetting items to. not even taking the right order.

AVOID AT ALL COST PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

Love the ice cream, but customer service was poorly. When I ordered through the drive thru, one of my items was a strawberry banana milkshake with pecans, the employee then said rudely "you won't be able to have a shake if pecans are in their because you won't suck up the shake" tF who asked you, we are buying it and it's ours.
