Comet Coffee

Amazing coffee! Great atmosphere and a cool vibe going on. Great place to study or meet someone. They have amazing Goodies to go with the coffee. The service was wonderful and quick as well. Definitely want to return sometime for more amazing coffee.

Good access to Forest Park. It takes only 10 to 12 minutes to walk to the nearest trail in the park. Nice for if you are just in for a cup of coffee and want to take it with you for your Forest Park trail walks. If you are coming in by bus, there are two routes that serves this coffee bar. MetroBus route 59 Dogtown and the 90 Hampton.

They had good coffee, although it was a little strong for me. The atmosphere 2as nice. We sat outside. We cam here because we stayed at the hotel next the this coffee shop.

One of my favorite coffee shops. Good vibes, great coffee, delicious food and most importantly- a kind, hard-working and very welcoming staff. Thank you for making my day!

Incredible coffee! The best flat white I've had in St. Louis, and their pour overs are delicious. Their microbakery is wonderful as well, though you need to go early before they start running out of food. The baristas are all super friendly and willing to explain anything about coffee!

Always great pour overs, but the high marks come from consistently excellent espresso. Comet is one of only three establishments where you know your going to get a very good pull every time. Anyplace else you are as likely to get garbage as anything drinkable.

My family and I stopped in on our visit to St Louis. The only thing better than the Ethiopian pour over, which was amazing, was the super friendly service. My daughter, being unusually difficult, wanted something akin to an Italian soda. While that certainly isn't in their wheelhouse, the young men were very patient and gracious to provide a drink similar to what she was after. Our experience at Comet was great and we'll be back if the opportunity arises.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop. Whenever we are back home in St. Louis, we come here. Everything is simply on point. We first started coming here a couple years back and enjoyed geeking out on coffees when it wasn't too crowded, and they really helped me and my friends to learn and appreciate the craft in ways we didn't expect. The coffee is just so good and they do an exquisite job at milk drinks (and baked good for that matter). Bravo to you all, and thanks for putting that nice little satellite shop in a few blocks away from my mom's place in Kirkwood!

This is coffee done right! Not at all bitter and super smooth. The staff is very knowledgeable about coffee as well, my coworker loves to go in and talk coffee with the staff while he's waiting and always leaves super excited to go home and adjust his espresso machine.
Their pastries are also excellent! Go on Friday or Saturday and ask for a Rebel Within - you won't regret it.

Great coffee. They offer locally roasted, fair trade whole bean coffee. Along with brewed coffee and espresso drinks. Decor is very inviting, with moderate amount of seating. Wait is usually a little longer than "popular" coffee shops, but well worth it. Highly recommended.
