Amazing coffee. Customer service is great, orders are always promptly shipped, and it’s nice to support a small business. Went to college in STL and fell in love with this coffee. I’ve moved all over the US but still order this coffee no matter where I live.
This company goes over and beyond and is the true definition of why small businesses matter. A friend of mine LOVES Thomas Coffee and used to sell it in his place of business years ago. He still drinks it everyday and talks about the company and their customer service to this day. Ed and David were so kind to help me make his Birthday very special, even taking the time to sign and personalize a card for him (the whole team left kind words for him 💗.) Thomas Coffee team, you made my friend's special day even more special and your Coffee rocks! Thank you. ☕😁
Great local coffee. Great customer service -I had what I thought was a bad batch of coffee. Contacted Thomas Coffee via their website and had a reply in 1 day stating to bring the coffee by for an exchange.
You are top notch Thomas Coffee. Special thanks to Dave for explaining it was most likely my brewer and not the coffee (still exchanged it).
The coffee tastes good but expensive if ordering. The first order I placed one of the cans was damaged to the point of breaking the seal. They replaced it. The second order 3 of the 6 cans had dents.
Again complaining I was told, just like the first, it was damaged in shipping. No way! Both orders were double boxed. They were sent to me that way on purpose. They cannot sell these damaged cans in the grocery stores without giving the customer a discount, as they are damaged. Customers are now aware of company mess ups.
And they knew it. No way did they not know it. So was it because I am out of state? I say yes. Think about it. If things can be shipped all the way from China and arrive safely why can't their products arrive the same way? Shame on them!
No excuses and no explainations necessary! Correct your problem.
I purchased coffee on their website, it came quickly and was delicious. I'm glad I read the 2 star review, it shows this company handles adversity and nonsense customers with class and respect. bravo!

The best flavored coffee I have ever had. My favorite is the Hazelnut Cinnamon. The decaf is water processed and is delicious!
