The service could use a bit of energy. The warm greeting is far and few between(based on mulitple visits) The dining room could use attention. While I enjoy the food...I mean the avocado breakfast sandwich is delicious...I definitely do not visit for the fast and friendly service.

Spoke with the hiring manager regarding a few questions. Manager was rude, disrespectful, and couldn’t answer simple questions. I will not be interested in joining the team, and will advise others not to as well. I asked the same question to every other fast food in Festus, and they were all respectful, and answered the question. First impressions matter.

Only one person working the register, it's pretty sad when an 11 yr old says that they should have one more person to help get the food. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese brioche which I love, however, this time... no bacon! How disappointing! Especially when I spent $30 on my total order and it wasn't like the cooks were busy so there's no need for mistakes. The pastry ring looks delicious as does the chocolate chip muffie and campfire s'more bar. Just really disappointing when the only thing for me was messed up.

The service is getting better, and the food is good... So all in all, not to bad a place to go for a quick bite.

Don't buy their specialty coffees. If you want a coffee just get it from their brewers yourself the staff here can never make a good capp. Or latte without it being over foamy and bitter. The food they prepare, for the most part, is pretty good. Never a big portion on mac and cheese and certain select items, mostly the biggest reason i come back is its the closest bread co. Nothing much else to say.

Greeted us as we came through the door. Very clean and peaceful environment. Was able to gather with my friends and have great conversation. Great food.

I like breadco, good food. Like any place there are pros and cons. They seem to be out of items pretty often, I bet it's 30+ times they've been out of multiple items on the menu and not anywhere near closing time. Not sure what that's all about but it's still a pretty nice place to eat.

Ok, so now Panera offers Flatbread. I was a little worried about them but wanted to give them a shot. What a great surprise, the Chicken Bacon Chipotle Flatbread was perfect. The spice with the cilantro and bacon was perfect. Wonderful addition and I will try most of the others.

As always the sandwichs are great and their soup is good comfort food! Nice selection of drinks and don't forget to get a house made cookie for dessert.
