Amazing service! On the long way from Houston to Chicago we stopped for short brake and truly enjoyed fresh and tasty sandwiches and salad! Thank you!

I was shocked by the price of our meal. $46 for 2 adults, 1 child, pick 2 for both of us and a kids meal. $2.89 for a kids size milk, $3 for a drink. Not worth it. We were not full at the end. We could take 4 other adults out to eat anywhere else for less than $46. Horrible experience, a glorified McDonalds.

Well it's a Panera so you know what kind of food is offered. It took longer than normal but it was noon and lunch rush. The sandwiches were not very well made, they were definitely in a hurry. Salad and Mac and cheese were good. As always the teas available for the fountain drinks are delicious. Overall it was a fine experience. Just might recommend coming in during a less busy time. It's understandable the Cooks were very busy with orders.

Staff are really nice. They ran out of the baguette toward the end of the night but were very accommodating. Food tasted great. Fresh and hot.

Insanely slow even at times when there is no one at the store. Employees would rather have petty conversations and ignore orders and customers than do the job they're paid for.

i ordered a iced latte, & she gave me this. didn’t drink it yet, & a lot of space. at least fill it up with ice & make it look full-not really sure why they did that, but other than that, no problems with this place.

Nice restaurant, they have registers now where you can just place your order without waiting n line. Parking is not the greatest.

I hold the Panera and Saint Louis Bread Company franchise in high esteem, the food and service from them is almost always first rate. It's my favorite place to eat breakfast when on the road.

Today, my wife and I stopped for breakfast at this restuarant and to our surprise we were completely ignored by the staff while we waited for a couple of minutes at the register to place an order. Finally, we just left. I don't believe anyone there missed us.

This is completely out of character with these restaurants but it is worth noting to future patrons of this establishment.

Two stars instead of one simply because I think this was an anomaly.

Repeat customer that's always satisfied with the food. The workers aren't friendly especially when Mobile ordering. I know it's a busy and stressful location but it your job to make customers feel welcome which I never have when going inside. Food aspect is fantastic I recommend their Greek salad and brownies

Always forget my french baguette. Its ON the order, checked ON the receipt stapled to my bag and yet never IN my bag! Only reason I'm complaining is because its the 5th time! If you're out of bread, say so. Don't throw chips in my order and call it good. I live too far to drive right back.
