Panera Bread! All branding except for outside sign is Panera. Service was very friendly, and the kitchen staff did not complain at all when we switched from dine in to takeout (9/27 @ 2:00 pm). They just said no problem and did not even look irritated. Food was fresh hot and tasted great. I love that they have a wide range of drinks with little to no sugar too. There are very few places to stop when on the road that have fresh or healthy food and meets both! Very happy we stopped.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich. When I got the sandwich, it was freezing cold, dripping all over, and half the noodles weren’t done. Went back to return it, and was given a half sandwich when I ordered a whole. Tried to get the lady’s attention, but she didn’t answer. And that 1/2 sandwich even had cold spots in it and was a mess again. Wasn’t worth my time to go back a third time. We really like Panera, but not impressed with this location at all.

We haven't been in in quite a while. We were greeted upon entry, nice, and placed our order. We went to find a table, it was around lunchtime, and the tables we found had not been bussed, however we found a table, wiped it down ourselves. The seats in our booth were completely worn out, down to the wood hard. I went up to pick up our meal, and two different people came up with dirty silverware, before I got our meal. The onion soup was slightly overcooked, and but the pizza was okay. When we were done, we took our plates to the trash, however it was over full and so like others, we just stacked it up... Maybe next one it will be better.

We ordered 2 large chicken terryaki sandwiches last Weekend from Festus. They were awful. We had tried sandwich that at the Arnold location weeks before and it was yummy. However this location is off. We ended up feeding to my dogs. Sad to say we will NEVER order from this location ever again. AWFUL. staff was nice and location was clean. Food. Awful

Very friendly associate at the drive thru window. Order turkey bacon bravo sandwich, they were out of the cheese and tomatoes for the sandwich usually I wouldn't complain but this is the 3rd time this has happened. 12/17/2021

Drove from Hillsboro tried to order 3 menu items as they are on the menu no changes. For each item they were missing something to make the order. Each item was missing a different ingredient. Once I struck out o decided it’s easier to go somewhere else

I frequent this place a lot. 9.99 a month for unlimited coffee is well worth it. Yes the food here will cost more than the dollar menu at McDonald's but health is more important than money because you can't spend money after your dead. This shop has helped me love a healthier lifestyle and I can get on my laptop check my retirement, get news updates, write and send off reports all while enjoying my coffee. Definitely my office away from the office.

Waited in drive thru for 25 mins and was told at the window they could only except exact change if I wanted to pay cash. Not everyone has time to waste like that. It should ve posted outside your business if that is your policy. I will never return here.

Love this company s food. Had already paid and my dad ask for some pecan bread and he was given a piece. Love the vegatarian options and feta cheese
