I can always count on this restaurant to give me good food that is also good for you. Staff is very professional. They have their act together and I enjoy having a combination of a sandwich and a salad. There’s lots to choose from. Coffee is also very good.

This particular location has a very large indoor area to sit down and eat if that’s your thing. Lots of big windows I like to sit near to get a little bit of the outside view while I’m eating. Come check it out

Popped in about 8 am for a quick bite on a road trip. Good but 2 out of 5 coffee urns were empty (most importantly the dark roast). Probably atypical based on other reviews but this was my experience.

Very disappointed with my sandwich I ordered togo. I ordered a whole tuna salad sandwich. The amount of tuna salad was very small. Most bites could not taste any tuna, just a lot of bread and lettuce. Live too far away to return the order. My wife and I normally eat at Bread Co at least twice a week. Will probably not order this sandwich again..
Ordered again, Sierra Turkey, very disappointed. Lots and lots of bread and very little turkey. Definitely was not worth the $10.00.—-Not going back.

Brandi was absolutely amazing, she truly went above and beyond for myself and my kids. She traveled all the way to my home after just the slightest mishap. She handled everything so professionally. We will be back tomorrow, due to our experience tonight.

The last couple tines I have been to this location the staff has been amazing. I forgot to order my sandwich without condiments on it they remade it without. I also did an online order in the past but wasn't actually for the festus location didn't know till I arrived but the manager on duty thst day just made it for me anyways and since I already paid they just took care of it.

Festus is so lucky to have a Bread Co cafe that offers high quality and consistency! I am house-sitting in their delivery area, so placed an order through the app. (Pro-tip: place your order through the Panera app, not DoorDash, so your rewards account connects.) My food arrived within 30 minutes: Fresh, Hot, and Accurate! I'd say the value was right on par with what I paid. The Green Goddess Melt was perfect and it seemed like I tasted each ingredient in every bite. While this may not seem remarkable, I feel like some places you order a sandwich and don't get an equal flavor profile. Panera, this is a great location! Keep it up.

Went in for a few bagels and ended up with 13 for cheaper than the 6 I originally went there to get because on Tuesday there's a sale on bagels.
I don't go here often because it's not really a thing I like to eat but I have found a couple of things I like there and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful so I will be going there again soon

If we are going to spend $7 on a kids meal and they don’t have the appropriate bread for the sandwich, I would appreciate it if they changed the price. The bread is so much smaller and the quality isn’t as great. The prices are insanely unreasonable.

When you order and everything bagel with steak and Egg over easy this is what you get and they can’t even put it in a bag that fits the ordered item
And I guess they just decide to cook the egg however they want
