St. Louis Bread Co.

St. Louis Bread company is always an excellent place to eat! My salad was delicious and made exactly as I ordered but my soup (broccoli cheddar) was way too thick and not very hot!) Normally I would have asked them to reheat but I just took it home with me. That has never been my experience with any of your soups before. It was on a Thursday at about 5:45 PM and they were not very busy. That's why 4 stars vs 5. Everybody was very polite, friendly and professional! I love my Panera and will most definitely be back.

Food was really good but it was my first time ever being here and I told the lady it was my first time and she wasn't very friendly at all. She told me what they had (what I could read on the bored) as fast as she could. She didn't explain what came on any of it or anything about there menu. Was trying to rush me to take a Togo menu read that (she said that is explained what all was on there items) and come back when I know what I want there wasn't anyone else in the line. And this lady was an assistant trainer.

I want to start with saying that they have great costumer service. However, every order I have with the Festus Location seems to have a issue. This has been all online orders. My sandwiches will be missing one or sometimes all of what ordered, Salads will be missing dressings, and so on. I wound't be upset if it happen a couple times a year or something but it seems to be on every order. I mean how can you mess up a online order when everything is spelled out.

Went there today with family from out of town. Was very excited to have some bread company since it has been awhile and I usually have good food and service. When we went to order the cashier had to find someone else to take our order and cash us out, which they brought out someone who obviously did NOT want to do. Her name was Tammy I believe. Now Ive worked in food and customer service for 10 plus years...I get it...we have our off days..but oh my GOD. She was a massive B!!!! I never leave reviews bad because I work in food, I get it things happen. But she kept cutting me and my family off during ordering, very snippy. I was shocked. And I get you need to rush your guests a bit but there wasnt a huge line, just one other person behind us....so I didnt understand why she was acting like that. And when I went to add on the 99 cent pastry she was like "undecided. okay!!!" Cutting me off as I was telling her what cookie my son wanted. I hope they either work on her customer service skills or she has a better day. I would of had my butt chewed out at my job acting that way......

Had the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich. $8.18 for a whole sandwich and it's smaller than bologna and Wonder bread. Smaller than a fast food cheeseburger. Never again will I spend my hard earned money.

Ordered through Grubhub and the food never came. We finally got a hold of a human and they informed us it was for pick-up only. Well then what is the purpose of ordering through a delivery company. The people at the restaurant were quite rude and condecending.

I ordered a Margarita Flatbread Pizza at the drive through window. After getting home and opening the box, I saw absolutely NO basil on the pizza! It wasn’t a true Margarita pizza! Tasteless!

Great customer service. Fresh food. Good, unique flavors. But I consistently wonder why the portions are so small. Because of the value for the dollar I only go here if someone else is paying.

Absolutely ridiculous. Who is suppose to be running this place? They're not doing it very well. Out of milk, out whipped cream, out of onions, out of avocado, out of Flatbread, whatever we ordered we couldn't get. Going downhill!
